Very helpful. Shout out to Trinity one of their receptionists. She was very helpful she defined our whole stay welcoming, warm and with a big smile. my SUV’s moonroof had a problem the first night it won’t close for the first time and Trinity even offered to help but I know it was overwhelming day for me and I’d rather fix it next day. She offered me bags tapes and scissors instead to temporarily cover the roof. all throughout the stay she is just amazing and helpful. the property itself everyone is very hospitable, as a filipino nurse myself i know you can never go wrong with hiring filipinos. their housekeeping were all smiles after cleaning our room and they cleaned it so well. location wise it is close to tourist spots while far enough to have peace and quiet. 30mins to butchart gardens, 15-20mins to beaches and 20mins to downtown/legislature area. i would stay here the next time i come back. price is not too bad and i had booked for four people. my mom, aunt and grandma. i had the best experience thank you!!!

No instructions for air con! Took forever to figure out it actually opened to access controls. In the meantime, it was ridiculously HOT! Sending security around to tell people to go back to their rooms on new year's eve was ridiculous! The entire floor was for party goers, and right after midnight, we (all registered guests in different rooms) were told we couldn't sit and talk in one room - even if we were quiet. I didn't pay $200 to be treated like an errant child and be told I couldn't visit. Again, the entire floor was for party goers, and we were not the only ones doing this. We were talking, oh no. Won't stay here again even though the room was great

Clean room and breakfast is great. They also allowed 1 hour late check out. Parking is spacious.

Not really sound proof as we could hear people talking. When checking in, the instructions are not clear. Still waiting for my credit card hold to be released as it should credit back immediately after checked out. I never see hotel which hold same amount as room rate which is 293.25. Usually it’s 200 or 500. Hope that they don’t deduct me second time since booking.com already deducted. No toothpaste provided and had to ask for tooth brush.

The breakfast was very good. It was a restaurant, and not the hotel buffet type that you normally get.

The one thing that I didn't like was the pet cost. Even though I knew this ahead of time, it was $35/pet/night, which I think is too high. I've never paid more that $25/pet, and because the dogs are well groomed, well behaved and very quiet I've even been charged for only 1 pet instead of 2 previously. It cost us 43% of the total cost of our room just to have 2 pets with us, that slept on the floor!

Amenities, location, staff - the hotel is centrally located to everything we needed, 20 mins to downtown Victoria, under 10 mins to mountain biking trails, the sports arena, shopping and restaurants. The rooms size was above average (even accommodated a mountain bike in it) and quiet. The amenities included a full gym, pool, hot tub and dry and steam saunas. The free hot and cold buffet breakfast was fantastic as was the restaurant. We were travelling with a hockey team and the Food and beverage manager set up a great team dinner for us. Fantastic stay and will stay again!

We did not have a chance to go to the restaurant as we were there for an evening event. Check in was so easy and I received advanced notice when our room was ready which was a bonus. I think it was around 1 pm. Check out was also very simple. Ample parking on site. Nice clean, spacious room with large bathroom. Nice coffee station. Location was great for this trip, close to Costco, Western communities and Island Hwy. We would stay again. Thank you.

The driveway to get into the hotel is a bit tricky as it on a corner. I also found it a bit warm and could not lower the thermostat enough to get it cooler. I just slept with the window open.

Breakfast was fine but portions too big. Maybe reduce the price and portions. Swimming pool and hot tub were great. Could not get the sauna or steam room to work despite pushing the buttons. Downstairs bar and restaurant was very nice and I had good service. The hotel location off Hwy 1 into Victoria was easy to get to. It was nice that there was a good hotel near to where I had a dental appointment. Thanks for a great stay.

We liked how nice and new it is. The staff were great. We got to check in an hour early. We liked that it was close to langford.

We didn't like that it had a clear glass shower with a terrible shower head. The floor was a super slippery tile wven when dry. We didn't like all the noise from the costco next door. Perfect for a business trip and just ok for a family trip in my opinion.

Much to our surprise and based on previous stays at this hotel, breakfast is no longer included. However, staff informed us that we could purchase a breakfast package for an additional $22.50 per person plus tax. We declined this option.

This is not a new hotel and some amenities within the room need to be better maintained. For example, the drain in the shower was very slow, in fact, we were standing in water before the shower ended. Also, the floor of the shower requires a non-slip coating as it is EXTREMELY slippery when wet causing my husband to fall and bruise his leg.

The staff really made it that much more amazing! From checking in with Nikki at the front desk to having dinner and drinks on the patio. Our server Cass was so friendly and never kept us waiting for anything. Thanks to all of the wonderful staff for making our stay so memorable!
