Good breakfast with some variety day to day, good coffee and orange juice, nice omlettes, fresh croissants and cinnamon buns. Good computers and access in business centre, nice printer. Rooms clean, well laid out and comfortable beds!

Minor... miss having separate hand soap, mouthwash and lotion but understand the efficiency of a bulk container .

The service from the reservation desk was exceptional. I don't remember if his name was Prath, he was so helpful. All the staff were so good and courteous to us. We had a family situation and had to go home. The staff went above and beyond to look after our requests. Housekeepers were friendly too! The breakfast in the morning was good.

Everything was great. If I really have to pick on something, the highway facing rooms are probably a bit noisy. But there is nothing the hotel can do. It's just the location, which is extremely convenient location-wise (2 min from the highway), but comes at the expense of a bit noisy room especially in the late hours. That said, you will not have an issue after an hour and you will get used to the mild noise threshold. The windows are pretty well constructed to keep 90% of the noise out. The staff really over-compensate with their can-do and professional gesture. Overall, the hotel and the staff deserve a A+ grade.

The room was a good size with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with a varied selection. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist any way they could.

The hotel was just a little out of the way, there was a few shops you could walk to but you need a car or taxi to get to town/train station etc

If the hockey boys could keep down the noise in the hallway and not banging doors at night. Not very respectful to other hotel guest.

The breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold items. Kids loved the cinnamon buns. The location is pretty convenient too.

The shower curtain was too short (or the rail was too high) and lots of water ended up on the floor after a shower. And I wish the price was lower but hotel prices have been inflated for years now.

Good location close to Hwy 404 and many restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.

Bed and pillows could be better. Calling it a “suite” is a stretch as just an average hotel room. Better fridge and some plates, real glasses, utensils and a corkscrew would be helpful.

Staff addressed to requests, such as providing additional blankets, checking the air conditioning system etc. very efficiently with friendly and helpful manner. Excellent services!

The property was extremely well kept, and very conveniently located. Everything about it made me feel welcome. The staff the cleanliness it was perfect.

I have nothing negative to say about this property

The place is clean and in a good location but what really set it apart was the front desk staff. We were there for a funeral and my mother (the widow) had some special requests and she was always accommodated. The staff were helpful without being invasive. All the staff eg cleaners in the kitchen etc were wonderful.
