Sally at the front desk was amazing! She was so calm, organized, professional and courteous. Made us feel welcome and at ease. The breakfast chef was friendly and helpful, everything was clean and promptly refilled. The gentleman who guarded and organized the pool was also fantastic. We enjoyed the cozy rooms, comfy beds, full size shampoo and conditioner, the swimming pool was warm and clean, hockey maple leaf party! Just wish they had dairy free options for milk and butter at the breakfast. Overall the staff made this hotel shine.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and very helpful 🤗 They went above and beyond for my children & their Birthdays! It was greatly Appreciated ! My children loved it and WE can't wait to come back!!

We thought there could have been a few more options for the continental breakfast. ( Was told there was bacon and there was not ) But the sausages were a nice alternative. Especially for the kids, maybe a bit more in the way of fruit. Oranges etc...

Location was easy to get to. Amenities around were easy to find. Parking if you are travelling for work and have a trailer is not ideal though.

Would of been nice to have some variety instead of the same options every day. Like maybe a different meat options instead of sausage for the 3 days we were there.

This was my 5th visit to Microtel Inn Aurora. As always the staff was incredible. Very inviting but also we were able to have a good laugh. The entire experience was fantastic. This is why I will never use another hotel anytime I go to Toronto. I don't mind the extra drive because the value, the comfort, the facilities are way too good.

The gym cable tower is out of order and needs to be maintained quickly. Also some other equipments in the gym is damaged. I suggest a camera in the gym, as there are many children "playing" in the gym during weekends and demolishing the equipment.

Everything was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities were very clean. The added bonus was the Pool/Hot Tub and slide. The water was very warm, and even though it was outside operation hours/schedule for the slide the staff was amazing and made an exception for all the kids to turn it on so that they could have fun (March break and all) would recommend to anyone.

If I had to nit pick about the stay it was, they ran out of cream for the coffee in the morning (delivery was that afternoon we left)

Hotel is improving with every stay I made there. The breakfast choices are now much more healthy.

For future I recommend to also have plain joghurt and some seets, nuts etc for the breakfast. Also fresh fruits would be a great addition (berries, banana, etc.)

This property had a great pool for the kids, and super easy layout! Location was great, right next to the highway and lots of shops.

Breakfast sections could improve a little throughout the week.

Attractive building, comfortable beds, good shower pressure, convenient location, clean rooms and common areas, polite staff, nice assortment of breakfast items, easy check in/out.

The hotel in general met my expectations. I would give thanks separately receptionists Team - they are the best! The location is ideal - not far from the good road (hwy 404) but in picturesque and quite place. The hotel has a swimming pool and even a water slide.

The total price could be slightly lower :)
