The location is excellent for the intended purpose of our travel. We appreciated that a breakfast was included with the price of the stay. Really liked the bathroom and what it had to offer.

We did not use the elevator for duration of the stay as I had a very undesirable odour. The sofa bed was not comfortable whatsoever. The springs protruded through the sheets which resulted in a very uncomfortable sleep. The sofa bed needs to be replaced with a new one. The hotel was hosting people with children for sports tournaments. The children were running in the halls after 11:00 pm which was unacceptable. This made it difficult for sleep. We had 3 people staying in the room and insufficient towels were provided; we had to ask maid for more. The price for one night was a little excessive considering we did not have the most comfortable stay.

Location, breakfast was good.

Our room was too expensive! Almost $700 CAD for 2 nights. There was no hand soap the first day and no wash cloths!! Unacceptable. The evening manager was out of them and had to bring them a half hour later, not too bad considering she was getting drinks and checking people in. No towels replaced for the second day. Had to get them at the desk.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Nice park next door with walking and running trails leading to river. Good sports bar, Shoeless Joe's, across the street for dinner. Breakfast did include decaf coffee and a gluten free cereal option.

The beds were awesome! Staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were good at blocking out street noise and other guests noises

First night my friend found an underwear in her bed! The night staff was really nice and understood the issue but was alone and couldn't come to help right away. Not her fault but how can you expect one person to take care of a hotel at night?? Also the false fire alarms were very disruptive to sleep two early mornings in a row

Overall descent bang for your buck. Clean rooms. Heat/ac worked pretty good. Clean.

It took a while to have check in verify my confirmation. While she did call the manager it was sorted out after 10 min. I didn’t put up a fuss bc the check in front desk showed initiative. That being said she looked miserable. I’m not asking for Mary Poppins happy but some eye contact. It felt like she didn’t want to be there.

Breakfast was excellent.

The only disadvantage of this facility is the breakfast dining are is too small for the number of guests that can stay at this facility. They have attempted to provide additional seating by setting up tables in a second floor conference room. This means though that people have to juggle breakfast plates, coffee etc. while pressing elevator control buttons. It would make far more sense to use that upstairs room as the breakfast focal point and abandon the main floor area.

Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and warm. Temperature was adjustable so we cooled it down at night. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was on the cool side, but there was plenty to choose from and I rate it pretty good.

Room is very roomy and clean Shower very clean and efficient but a telephone shower head would be appreciated Lighting is excellent Office is good

Wc is clean but not big enough Wc size could have been 1 feet larger Room coffee could taste much better

The room we rented was pet friendly that you pay extra for. The attention to cleaning details were questionable as we had nose prints and slobber stains on the windows and the mirror. The floor was also sticky as if an old mop had been used. We cleaned the windows ourselves. The staff at the desk seemed unconcerned when we informed them. The casual "I'm sorry" was given.

It was nice to see the hot Breakfast included. It was convenient to be close to many restaurants, it was nice to see a renovated rooms and everything was tidy, washroom nice and clean. Overall a nice stay!

While the hot breakfast was ice - it would have been good to change the selection next day. we found that the coffee was very weak , watery and tasted like tea. Lastly, the comforter was lumpy likely, from the dryer.
