The hotel itself is very nice, pool area was nice and the gym was small but also had the right equipment in place. The breakfast selections were very nice and good quality I've never seen a place with Tacos which was a nice surprise to see something new.

The only issue I really had was the pillows weren't very comfortable and the room wasn't very clean. Definitely hadn't been dusted or wiped down in quite some time. The top of the fridge was filthy and the bedside tables and lamps were quite dirty as well. I would still stay again the value for the type of room you get is very good I love having a full fridge. Also No ice makers on the floors anymore but If you call front desk they will give you a bag from the kitchen which is helpful but not If you aren't into going downstairs in your pajamas or it's late night

PROS: Full kitchen, large fridge, quiet, comfy, up to Hilton standards. Wednesday dinners. Enjoyable 1-bedroom stay as always.

CONS: long stay should have some discounts instead of charging nightly. The rest of CONS are minor and can be ignored, but here they are: - despite breakfasts being great by U.S. standards - they can't compete with even a mediocre European breakfast - despite room-cleaning is great overall - the housekeeping ladies never open sofa beds (full of crumbles/chips/candies/etc) and never clean under heavy furniture like armchair/sofa. I know it's a "norm" for U.S. and the spots they did reach to clean are all shiny and exceptional :) - minuscule cups (150ml or so) don't work well for tea-lovers

Very clean and comfortable

Our room was beside the elevator, it was very noisy, wanted to sleep in but couldn't past 6 or 7am due to the noise. Also, breakfast was good but breakfast time ends too early for me an extra half hour would be good specially on the weekends. Everything else was great

Breakfast was average. At least one friendly front desk person.

Exercise room too small. Not much variety for breakfast.

Front counter staff was friendly and kind. The stay was good. I mentioned it was my daughters first hotel stay when I booked. They gave us a room on the top floor with the good view. Might of been a coincidence but maybe they did it on purpose for her? Either way it was really nice for her.

I forgot a really expensive jar of green powder drink mix in the cupboards so I contacted them right away when I got home that night. Three email requests later, and two “we’ll pass it along to housekeeping” replies later, I’m pretty disappointed. I offered to pay shipping and expressed how it was expensive and I really really need it back. I was ghosted after the third email. No email from housekeeping. Not even a “we tried but sorry it was thrown out” (trust me anyone who saw this and felt that it was totally full, right beside a shaker bottle that wasn’t ever there before, wouldn’t have just thrown it out). A really nice trip ended on a disappointed feeling that I wish I hadn’t forgotten it. I know it’s my fault, just bummed about how it was handled by the staff.

The kitchenette had an apartment sized fridge, cooking elements, and even a dishwasher making it easy to prep meals in our room.

I wish they had a self serve washer and dryer for guests.

Staff was friendly and took care of all requests promptly. Property was clean. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of foods and there was plenty to eat.

Room door was damaged, the paint was flaking off and was getting tracked into our room. Ceiling needed repairs from water damage.

Our stay was great. This is our second time at this location. The hotel is very clean, the staff are excellent and the space is very welcoming.

We were in town to spend time with family and the pool was a main factor of our booking. The pool temperature was rather cool.

Breakfast was good and location was excellent as it was close to the key areas of my meetings at McMaster University and Columbia International Colleague

Breakfast was fantastic, there was a good variety to choose from, I would stay there again.

I didn’t like that there was no robes in the room.
