Breakfast was excellent...food was tasty, good selection. Large, clean, quiet room. Pool area was good. Really like location. You were right off the 401 highway and central to places we were going. Overall good experience.

Two complaints concerning the bathroom. Each time the toilet was flushed, the tank lid had to be removed to adjust the rubber flap. Otherwise it would run continuously. Also, the tub is a dangerous spot while showering. We found the surface extremely slippery to stand in while showering and getting out. It needed a rougher surface.

Facilities were clean and updated. Lobby was welcoming and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved that room was cleaned every second day. It gave me my privacy but also a level of tidiness. There was plenty of parking options and so many restaurants and shopping options close by.

Breakfast was great! All the food was fresh and available and lots of verity of what to eat. I give them a 10/10 for the quality etc for breakfast.

My only complain and won't make a difference and more of a question would be why don't the windows in the suites open or crack a bit for some fresh air? I know a lot people like myself would appreciate this 1000% like ie the hotel Homewood Suites!

I didn't have the breakfast because I woke up too late. The room was nice, but I'd recommend bathroom fans as the smell lingers for a while. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The lack of a bathroom fan. The smell seeps out because there's no ventilation in the bathroom. It lingers around until you open the door and are hit in the face with the stench.

Clean, nice sized and appointed room for a one night stay, friendly helpful staff, parking, easy to access.

Toilet didn't flysh very well. Pillows not as comfortbale as we are use to.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. Very accommodating for pets, good size room and just a nice stay in general.

It was a bit stuffy at first but fine once the a/c kicked in.

If a hair dryer was present, it usually is in most hotel/motels. It would also be helpful to know that the breakfast was not included with the price that was a little bit of a surprise.

Good location, walking distance to local shops and eatries. Clean room and environment. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Nothing specific

The people at the front desk were friendly and kind and the staff working in the dining room and serving the food were amazing. Everyone seemed to be enjoying what they were doing and were so friendly, and polite.

I like the room, the space, the facilities we dont ear any noise in our room from other rooms , and the staff was awesome !
