The guest services new employees made all efforts to make my check in as well as breakfast a grest experience.

That check in can't be laid without a visa or Mastercard for payment. I had to use wiffii to book on another site for full payment before check in. When my damage deposit was accepted on debit. For those that don't have a Visa or Mastercard to use for booking after long travels and need somewhere to stay it's very inconvenient.

the room was clean and big. Breakfast was hot and good. if I remember right it was the only one that offer bacon that was a big plus for my wife. Your beds were comfortable but like most hotels too high up for short and quest with limited ability

we like all that was offer to us.

The Comfort Inn in Cornwall is very convenient and in a quiet location which I appreciated. I was able to park quite near the rear entrance. For the most part everything in the hotel was tidy and the staff was ok.

The room was quite crowded - with two queen beds in the room, the desk chair simply was in the way. The bathroom was fine but dark - not enough light coming from the wall sconces to light even the mirror for shaving. Breakfast was OK but the room it was served in was very small and cramped.

Kung size bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water for showers. Great breakfast. Clean but the property is 'tired' - needs some updates. Staff is terrific!

Fridge was turned to the highest setting but didn't keep things as cold as we hoped for. The back door didn't always click shut - it looked like it wasn't repaired by someone who knows how to fix this type of lock ... kind of loose. POOL has been closed for many months.

Close to Legion Ballpark and restaurants

Breakfast was not replenished frequently. The "fix" for "no orange and apple juice" was to put a sign on the machine and at one point there were no eggs and only 1 sausage in the chafing dish.

The room was very clean and comfortable but the exterior of the building NEEDS work !! Very poor presentation , we almost canceled our reservation when we saw the building as we were driving not very welcoming at all.

The room was very well appointed and comfortable, The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety. The location was perfect for getting on and off the highway

Like that breakfast was offered. Would have liked plates instead of the paper and plastic products. Room was spacious, clean and with nice linens.

Heating and cooling was difficult to work and noisy.

Room was clean and the hotel has been updated. Breakfast was good and enough food. Very busy when we were there but we did not wait long. Very comfortable beds.

I was happy to have a microwave in the room. bed was very comfy and room was very clean the restaurant staff was amazing!

the front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming. the young lady should have been more attentive. I don’t travel a lot so I needed more explanation about my stay.
