Love how long the pool is open till. My kids are Water bugs so it was perfect. Like that check out is also at 12pm. An extra hour goes along way. Check in super fast. Simple. Excellent rates. Really enjoy the lobby very welcome feeling.

Breakfast could be improved... not too many options, very basic. However pumpkin spice waffles were my favorite. The whirlpool button for the hot tub does not work. Unfortunately have to go to front desk for them to temp. Fix it. I'd rather not have to be a bother to staff. Wasn't alot of pool towels available.

I found the bed too uncomfortable. No padding on the mattress like usual. The hotel is under renovations. Somethings weren’t completed in bathroom like the pipes cut out but not covered. Looked unfinished. The furniture didn’t match the rooms colors and worn. But understand doing renovations.

The hot tub didn’t work properly. In the hot tub the vent was loose. Could move it. Had to push the button a few time to get the hot tub to work.

Good location, staff very friendly and helpful

Hot tub broke the day we got there, it would have been nice if we had been told the gym was being torn out and renovated, a few days before. We packed our gym clothes and were looking forward to using it. One of reasons we chose the location was the gym and hot tub.

The free breakfast and coffee were nice to have on site. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. I was staying with my daughter and the room was spacious and the beds comfortable.

While I understand the need for disposable cutlery during covid for health reasons, perhaps considering having stainless steel cutlery again would make more sense now environmentally. Better pillows would be welcome.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Such a great variety of food to choose from . Location couldn’t be easier to get too. Loved that there wasn’t carpet on the floor in the room . Nice quiet rooms. Couldn’t hear any neighbors in the nearby rooms.

Nothing needed to be improved!

Soundproofing can be better especially in room doors, and breakfast could be extended to 11am instead of 10 ,normality isn’t about waking up early or late, it should fit everybody

The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

Our only complaint ws that the TV remote was only partially working. Channel selection would only work "coming down" ie. channel 50 to 1, and refused to go "up" from 1 to 50. Probably needs new batteries. I mentioned this to the front desk when we were checking out.

Stayed before was very nice but this time it was under construction and wasn't informed. I would not have stayed there. Temporary entrance people stood and smoked so I have asma and it really bothered me to smell that stink as I walked in every time.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good size room for a married couple. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Near Kingston, which was our destination for a wedding.

The parking lot is small, and there were several semi trucks and railroad vehicles parked in the lot, which made parking near the room challenging.

The beds and quietness of the room despite being close to highway and other businesses.

One floor of the building was under renovation; the front desk area looked like a construction worksite.
