We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The location was excellent. it was in a quiet and comfortable area, with easy access to the airport. It was also a perfect spot for visiting Niagara Falls, and honestly, it was a better choice for us than staying in Toronto. If you also want to visit Toronto, it’s still close enough to get there easily. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Like many 3- or 4-star hotels in Canada, the breakfast was quite limited. I believe this is more related to the general hotel culture in Canada, especially compared to Asian countries where breakfasts in hotels of similar categories are usually more generous and diverse. Another point is that the hallways were quite busy and noisy due to the large number of rooms, although the hotel had a security staff member present to help maintain order. Also, the swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay and not in service, and the fitness room was very small, almost unusable.

Our stay was great! Staff was friendly and overall cleanliness was satisfactory. We especially loved the woman who served breakfast every morning. She maintained the area very well making sure things were stocked and areas were clean. Her name was Shameeza. She was absolutely a joy to see every morning as she greeted us with "good morning" and was super consistent to our needs. We appreciated the warm welcome we received. Definitely would stay here again!

I’m not sure if it’s the lighting in the photos but I think the hotel looks much better in person… The photos make it look old and dingy so I was a little nervous but when I arrived I was pleased. I booked a two day stay, unfortunately I had to leave a day early. The manager, Priya was really kind and professional. She was understanding and did not charge me for the second day. There was no penalty. Before checking out in the morning, I enjoyed their breakfast. There was quite a few options for everyone. Overall great stay!

The hot tub in the room, right by the comfy king size bed.

The folks who left their poor puppy in the room, all day, while they were shopping! The hotel went WAY above and beyond, and moved numerous guests from the second floor to the fourth floor, because the dog barking and whining was just awful! My fiancé went to the door and just talked to the dog through the door; that was the only 15-20 minutes when it wasn’t making a ton of noise! Again, the criticism is of the abusive owners, not the Hampton. They kicked them out, immediately, when they got back…at 4:20pm!

The staff is super professional and welcoming. Especially the lady i think her name is Dinal, is a very good customer service. Breakfast is very good. The other lady, the one who is serving breakfast. Sorry i don't know her name but she was so active in serving and also helped us to confirm the Halal suitable items to eat. Many thanks for your service. Overall all employees and room service personnel are very nice.

3 things I don't like. The exhaust/ventilation system in washrooms is not good. It should be manually able to switch on and off. The centralized system they have is very weak or not working. The other complaint is they have to make rooms sound proof. So much noise whenever someone in the next room shuts the door or talks loudly. One can hear it from their room or while walking outside the rooms. They have outdated TVs. Come on guyz even the lowest tier motel now have smart TVs where children can watch YouTube or use chrome cast. Please update it.

We liked the location

The evening check in receptionist when asked if any handicap accessible room was available, did not explain that there were only 2 rooms in the entire hotel. I asked him why that was and he became visibly annoyed by my question. After I reaffirmed my, I asked him for a shower chair and he said they don't have one. This is probably the 2nd time in 20 years a hotel didn't have a chair. Very disappointed with Hampton Inn franchise

The location was good, and the ambiance of the hotel was great. The breakfast is probably the best I'd seen in hotels. Had lots of varieties and the kitchen staff were warm and friendly. My family and I had a good time, and if we come to Mississauga again, we'd definitely be staying here. Everywhere was clean, and the aura and vibe were clean and positive.

Maybe the bed rails. Hit our legs a few times, though nothing serious. Still, it should be checked.

The reception staff was amazing as was the individual who provided the hot breakfast. Really nice people and helpful when needed. The entry decor was fantastic. A really nice job of making you feel the Christmas spirit and the designated coffee area was a very welcome addition. The bottles of water for our travel trip back home was very much appreciated.

Breakfast was good. Location extremely convenient to commuter train.

Please add more car chargers. Only 4 is not enough. Please remove the requirement to unplug when finished charging. Would love to be able to plug in and stay plugged in, all night. Please add safes to each room.

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfy and relaxing. Breakfast was also good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Paid for a room with a spa whirlpool tub that didn't work. Only basic cable. However, this wouldn't detour us from using the hotel in the future... just not getting one with the tub again.
