I like the location of this Hotel. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. My room was just lovely,....I was actually given a King suite....(rather than normal King) which was the first time I have ever had that happen. It was very much appreciated, because I did not expect it. So the suite was lovely and I was very grateful to have been extended that little luxury.

It is a minor dislike.....but if you ask.....the coffee pods for the Keurig machine......very terrible coffee brand. I could not drink it,...like vinegar.

The staff was friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Santiago who made sure I got the room I needed for my disability.

The only suggestion I have is in the handicapped bathroom, reposition the soaps, shampoos, and lotions in a place where a person in a wheelchair can reach them, whether at the sink or in the shower. Fortunately, I had my husband with me to help me reach these, but an individual would not be able to reach them on their own.

The breakfast was fantastic. Many many choices.The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were a dream

The girl at the desk that checked us in was on stage and she did an excellent job but her accent was so thick we could not understand what she was telling us. The breakfast area is way too small for the amount of people that are staying in the hotel.It was very crowed and unpleasant

This property is a gem! Check-in was easy and simple. The staff were courteous and friendly. The lobby was comfortable and cozy. For the client's convenience, a small store for snacks and drinks is available 24 hours. Great indoor heated pool and exercise facilities. Complimentary coffee and cookies are provided. Our room was surprisingly large and very clean. Beautiful huge bed with silky-smooth bedding and large soft pillows. Just Amazing! Loads of towels and Complimentary Dove! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, with an abundance of extras. Maid service is provided every day. Continental breakfast is also provided as a perk. However, this breakfast is DELICIOUS! Great variety of hot or cold options and the staff are very accommodating. The best Continental breakfast we've ever had! 5+star rating! Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay!! Tina

This hotel should be recognized as a high-end property, at an economical price. BEST night's sleep ever. Awesome!!! 😴

The location is just on the outskirts of Ottawa which worked for us. The hotel accommodations were clean and comfortable. We really liked the pool which we used each evening when we returned from sightseeing The breakfast was great. The food was hot and there was lots of variety.

I found the bed to be a little lumpy.

The fridge and microwave...mini kitchen. Clean. The pool. Comfortable. Nice staff. The breakfast was handy. If I remember the check out was at 12?

Nothing special about the location but it was fine. One thing is there was a little gap and the curtain didn't fully blackout but I think after telling thr front desk they likely fixed it. Curtain was missing a hook or something. Convenient for family to drive to.

Being a first-time online hotel booker, I used booking.com and paid much more than I would have if I booked straight through the hotel, which I thought I was. An error a beginner makes, but only makes once!!

It was very close to everything and our friend's home which we were visiting . Breakfast buffet was really good and very fresh and hot

I asked to have a room close to the elevator because I am handicapped and walk with a cane and they booked me in room 324 at the end of the hallway which wasn't far but far enough when you have difficulties walking

The friendliness and attentiveness of staff. Nice little touches like cold water, tea and coffees available in the lobbies at all times…even at 1:30 in the morning. The breakfast was standard but tasty and self serve.
