quite, location, clean room and decent breakfast and very clean dining facilities very nice and friendly staff .

it’s too far from the downtown area, it take me 50 minutes to get the downtown

WiFi was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy to find parking. Breakfast was good. Sound insulation was fine.

The check-in process was way too slow. It took nearly 30 minutes for us to get checked in because the man on duty checking us in was in absolutely no rush, despite it being very late and us wanting to get to the room as possible and check in. His appearance was also very unprofessional (huge hole in his sweater, ripped sleeves, dirty jacket), and he seemed rude and completely disinterested in having us as guests at the property. We believe his name was Jim. For a moment we even thought that he wasn't an actual staff member of the hotel.

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was very spacious, and the king bed was really comfortable. Lots of options for breakfast, which was included, and the coffee was very good. Lots of coffee and tea options in the room, and the quality was good. Big shower, great view from the room. Love city lights! Great location for my purpose of my visit. Near the airport, but you can't hear the planes at all. I was not driving, and bus service to subway was excellent.

The shower took a long time to get hot, and that may be because of being on the 7th Floor. Once it got hot, there was no issue. The room was a sauna when I arrived. It would be best to have between 18-20C (68-70F). It was at 72F.

Breakfast was good, room was nice and comfortable. EV chargers in the parking lot were easily accessible and easy to use! Staff were very friendly and approachable! this. was my second stay with you and I would stay again.

Crazy traffic but you can't do much about that. No Restaurants near this hotel other than a few fast food places. Again, nothing you can do about that.

Room & hotel overall was very clean. It smelled fresh and clean - which is refreshing for hotels as they tend to get musty. The location was great and safe - right off the highway and beside a police station. The staff were kind and helpful. Overall we were very pleased and will definitely come back when we have additional treatments for our daughter.

The toilets were very low to the ground, and the shower doors kept sliding open. However, these are not deal breakers at all and overall we were very satisfied.

The cleanliness, breakfast options/spread, location and accommodations. Staff helped out with room location. Pool hours were great!

I wish there was a hot tub or sauna. There were no pool towels when we were done. Room service came in at 9am asking if we were leaving so they can clean, I thought that was a little early.

Very comfortable rooms and accomodating staff, was able to check in earlier even before check in time. Loved the free complimentary breakfast in the mornings make our stay more pleasing/relaxing especially if you're on a budget.

Wish we have netflix, disney+ or prime video provided for the TV, not really interested in the cable channels.

The location,free breakfast was lovely,the staff NADIA and SARAH from the breakfast crew SOOO SWEET!!!! the atmosphere,parking,vibes,it was great.

The manager or supervisor telling me he was going to forfeit my room because my card payment did not go through,but yet i chose PAY AT PROPERTY, and u tried explaining to him that we were a group splitting the costs and payment would have been done upon arrival.smh

Excellent location off HWY and close to new Roger’s Stadium.

Our room’s AC was super loud and sounded like a rocket ship taking off. Impacted sleep quality. Hot breakfast included but all the omelettes had cheese- there was no cheese free option. Pool area and water looked less than appealing so my boys didn’t swim.

The room was clean and the location was good. Overall the stay was not as good as usual in Holiday Inns.

The room was ice cold. I turned the heat on and left the room for a while until the room was warmer. I told the receptionist about it - no reaction, just "ok". The windows in the room were very small and really old. Have not seen that in a Holiday Inn.
