The breakfast was good although we only able to partake of it once during our 3 day stay. We were either too early or too late to do it twice

Even though the listing said there was a pool, it was closed during our stay. We were very disappointed and looking forward to a swim. We went out of our way to bring swim suits and water shoes with us during our trip. Slightly unhappy with all the marijuana smoke in the hallway. Thought smoking was not allowed in the entire building?

Room and bathroom are clean and cozy. Breakfast was sweet and delicious. Public tarnsport made it possible to reach City center fast with bus 102 to Scarborough Go train station and with traint to Union station. Within walking distance (10-18 min) GO train station, Wallmart, LCBO, Pizza places, and so on. In the picture infront of the city hall i am walking in the backround (wearing white shoes) with my sister.

The breakfast could be supplemented with something salty, sausages and cheese.

I was greeted by Greg who also checked me in.After I settled into my room Greg called to check to see if room was ok, it made me feel like and valued customer.I told him it was good. I came down to check out the next morning I was greeted by Bianca she very helpful making sure I understood all charges and she refunded my deposit as well.Neah was also very helpful assisting with my smooth checkout process.The were friendly,nice they answered any questions I had.The room was nice from the decor,layout,and comfortable bed I slept great.The breakfast was also good with the choice of waffles, toast,cereal,fruit,coffee,juice.I always like when waffles are offered it was delicious. There was a TV and plenty of chairs to sit for breakfast I was able to watch the morning news and also see the traffic on the same screen I like how they had the split screen setup.The complimentary wifi was reliable and fast and I really enjoyed my stay,I will be back again.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my disability. The entrance was so well graded that I would say that it's wheelchair accessible. I had no issues getting into the premises. An exceptionally friendly young lady was ready to help me get to my room on the ground floor. The room was very clean and well kept with a refrigerator and microwave oven and cable TV channels to enjoy. I had walked with my iPad but I didn't even get it out of my luggage.The room was well lit and spacious.

There's only one thing that comes to mind and it is regarding my food delivery by Skip the dishes. It was left outside the room door and I was expecting a call to tell me l knew skip had delivered so I went to the door to go to the lobby. Someone took one of the two Ginger ales I had bought.

I can smoke inside the room

Shower head is leaking and not enough water pressure in the shower. The 3rd floor cleaner was rude and loud spoken . New lady in check in was not polite even though she is in training, no smile, just a serious face

I liked the hardwood floors and the breakfast was available until 9am.

The only thing was the pillows were too small. The front desk lady at check in wasn't friendly, and not discreet, said my card declined twice, but announced it and didn't try processing it manually which the other guy did for me.

Everything went well, I don’t know if I would have taken the third floor without an elevator. I had to carry couple suitcases up 3 flights of stairs after a long flight. It was a novelty having a smoking room. The staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you Toronto for your hospitality.

Quiet neighborhood, which made me and my daughter safe. The front door is locked at night. I will definitely recommend and return to this hotel. Thank you

Private, accommodating, clean. Totally surprised by this place. Was expecting mediocre rooms at best. Rooms were modern, CLEAN, quiet. Full breakfast. Staff were polite, helpful, and quick to check in and out.
