My husband and I stayed at this property for two nights. We were in town for the National Bank Men's professional tennis tournament at York University. The location is very good to the event site, about a 10 minute drive. The space in the room was wonderful. Lots of room to spread out over the two nights. The kitchen is nice value add but we only used the refrigerator. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was adequate and included all the usual breakfast items you find at a hotel breakfast buffet. Not sure what other attractions are nearby as we were only in town for the tennis tournament. The price was a little high but we needed spacious lodging for two nights. All of the staff were very nice and the service throughout our stay was very good. We recommend this property.

Loved that it was a suite with a room separated from living room and kitchen, loved that there was alot of stores close by and it was close to our concert venue whole still beeing easily accessible to downtown toronto

Breakfast is till 9h30 when people are at the hotel the majority is on vacation so it would be nice to extend the hours a little bit later and a little earlier for the early departure lets say for a flight. Because right now it is from 6h30 to 9h30 weekdays and 7h30 to 10h30 weekends....so a bit restrictive but the food is good Also ice machine never worked so that's a bummer but the staff was very friendly and was always available to grab some from the kitchen

Rooms were spacious and clean, excellent facilities in the room. Nice and quiet. Pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet choice was good. Beds were comfortable. Convenient for Roger’s Stadium. Was able to check in early. Bags were safely looked after when we arrived early (before room was ready).

Early ish breakfast closing time - 9.30 in the week. Very high counter where the sink is in the suite - I’m short so going it difficult to use. No kettle in room as standard, needed to ask for one. No supermarket close. Not a lot in surround area.

I was surprised there was a small kitchenette there, complete with pans and utensils. It was very helpful for a mom like me travelling with my 3 children and husband. It was also a bonus that there is a dishwashing soap there. I did not try the dishwasher but it was also available. The microwave was big and the induction type stove was enough. I also like the way there were 2 doors from the "kitchen" and one from the room itself. I love the layout where the bedroom is apart from the living room area. So my daughter was able to study in the study table (with a beautiful view! ) until the wee hours and did not disturb our sleep with the light on. I have to mention the 2 Filipino girls in the dinning room who were very helpful and accommodating. They told us how we can request for an early breakfast (to go) as we were going at 7 - 7:30am before they open. Fresh towels were provided daily - unlike some hotels we have been to where we need to request for them. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and again we thought it was great. The breakfast has a very good variety and it is nice having a hot food option and the coffee in the breakfast area was one of the best cups of coffee I have had in a while. This will be our hotel that we choose every time we are in this area. It has a very homey feel to the rooms which I love as well as comfortable beds and pillows. Staff are very friendly as well.

There was not much that I did not like, the only thing I can think of is that the couch is uncomfortable but it is a sofa bed and all sofa beds suck.

The location is great! Lots of restaurants and shopping around. About a 20 minute walk to the RioCan Colossus Shopping Center. We needed to visit family and friends who were in 2 different hospitals and they were just 20 minutes away by car. I loved having access to a kitchen. We ordered in one evening, had access to dishes and cutlery. Our suite was on the main floor which meant we were able to grab our breakfast and eat in our room. Quiet and private! I loved having the separate living room from bedroom and the 2 TVs.

The price is always a little too much for me but it was cheaper to stay in Vaughan than downtown Toronto. It was also less expensive to book through Booking.com than directly through IHG; we saved $100. The only thing I would enjoy more from the breakfast is fresh boiled eggs. They order them prepackaged.

The breakfast was eclectic but also tasty. The fresh hot selections varied the two days we stayed, but the other options were constant but welcome. The hot options were two different types of omelettes over the two days, plus two separate meat options (bacon and chicken sausage)

As a long term stay hotel, there was not an option for minor housekeeping on the weekends, only weekdays. It definitely would have been nice to have the light touch option on the weekends as well for guests who were doing shorter stays, like linen and towel refreshes.

Very good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Easy to park (free), quick check-in and check-out. It is far from Toronto downtown, but depending on what your plans are, there are nice attractions that are close (Legoland, Canada Wonderland)

Location, it is far from downtown Toronto. Price was not cheap either, but I checked for rooms about a week before traveling, so it might have been a timing issue.

4 of us stayed here for a girls birthday weekend and LOVED it. The property was so clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Plus the breakfast was a nice bonus! We also loved how big the room was.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the quality of comfort of the pull out couch bed which is kind of expected but it was pretty awful. That didn’t turn us off of the hotel though

The breakfast was delicious, my whole family loved it. All the staff were so helpful, courteous and polite. The facility was very clean. My family and I are so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel.

There is nothing negative I can say about our stay except I wish we would have thanked the staff more for there helpfulness and friendliness. So sending a huge thankyou!
