The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff’s hospitality; they were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Overall, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The options were quite limited, and the quality of the food didn’t quite match the rest of the hotel’s otherwise high standards. It would be great to see a wider selection and fresher items in the future. That said, I would still recommend the hotel and hope this feedback is helpful for improvement.

The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Our room was huge and very comfortable. I think it must have been a suite, as it had the bedroom as its own room, separate from the spacious sitting area, dining area, and full kitchen. The road noise outside was horrible, but we did not hear it at all from inside the hotel. The blackout curtains were great. With them closed you wouldn't know from inside whether it was midnight or noon. Most of all, and my first consideration when booking any hotel - I loved the pool. I spent most of my time at the hotel in the pool.

I was surprised at how far this "airport hotel" was from the airport. They provide a great shuttle service though.

I had a long and tiring trip with my little daughter. Katherine the lady at the reception welcomed us warmly and gave us all the necessary support to settle in. She gave us a room that overlooked the road. My daughter enjoyed looking at the passing vehicles and the snow. It isnt our first time at Residence Inn Marriot but its the first time being welcomed in a friendly and warmly way on arrival. Thanks Katherine!!!! You made our stay at Residence Inn this time a nicer one. The room was clean, linens were clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The room had everything we needed to make our meals. We loved the free shuttle from and to the airport and liked the distance away from the busy airport. Residence Inn always met our expectation. The renovation also added more comfort to our stay this time.

The hotel is clean and rooms are updated and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get in and out of from the highway with good shopping and eating options nearby.

The restaurant was not open during the day, it only opened at 5p, and the breakfast buffet ends early, so you need to go out to find food in the afternoon. I am not sure why one needs to pay $18.00 for parking in their lot, I would have expected that to be free given the location and the price of the hotel.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and well equipped. Shower was lovely and well stocked with shampoo, body soap and conditioner. Breakfast was very nice and there was a good variety of food. The coffee was super good. I slept really well. I could control the room temperature well and the curtains blocked out all the light so I could sleep late. Room was quiet. Reception staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant staff were lovely and friendly. The shuttle service worked great. You have to call them when you arrive at the airport and then they will send a driver. So I waited a little bit but the driver was very friendly. To the airport, the shuttle runs every half hour and reception will make sure you are booked. This was a good feature.

The breakfast ended a bit early (9am) and while I came in time, I saw many people not get breakfast because they assumed breakfast would be served until 10. The restaurant staff tried to assist though. One of the phones wasnt working in my room and I couldn't call for room service when I arrived so that was sad. And there was a cable missing from the tv so it wouldn't connect so I couldn't watch movies or the news.

• We expected at least a few free bottles of water in rooms without needing to ask (every day) • No toothbrushes? • Carpets and floor in room could be cleaner • Car entry and exit requires ticketing - rather not convenient for Uber and pick-ups

Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Staff were wonderful especially the Filipino lady Angelina. Room was nice and big, very comfortable to stay in

Could hear people in hallway and when doors nearby opened/closed. Wish there was a door separating bedroom area from washroom sink area for partners that wake/sleep on different schedules so light wouldn’t be an issue

First time at the Residence Inn. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed that it was more a studio apartment than a hotel room.

Not enough signage to get to the front desk. After circling around, we had to go to the hotel and they directed us. The restaurant closes too early. Once inside everything else was perfect.

My entire stay from start to finish was excellent. I have zero complaints. The room was spotless, comfy and huge. The staff were attentive and super friendly. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. I was allowed to check in early. I’ve always had positive experiences at Marriott properties but this was the best, exceeded my expectations.

I liked how the room had a full sized refrigerator, an over to make hot tea and a dishwasher (but I didn't use it). It was within a walking distance to the office we had our meetings in, restaurants nearby.

Just something small, but there was a hum from a fan, it didn't keep me awake though.
