The hotel was very clean with helpful staff. Housekeeping was phenomenal! We loved the space of the room and the A/C worked nicely. The gym had variety and water replenishment station which was super convenient. The garage was spacious and not bad for 19$ per night. The bathroom was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel itself was magnificent looking and fit the appeal French Canada.

The bed could use a total revamp. The mattress wasn't the slightest bit comfortable, and the pillows had no support for your head nor neck. There was some noise pollution that entered internally and externally from the never ending traffic through the big window but hey, that's the big city for ya.

WE LOVED THE LOOK OF THE HOTEL. IT WAS BEAUTIFULLY UPDATED AND MODERN. THE ROOMS WERE WELL KEPT AND COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF ON DUTY WERE HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK SKANDER FOR HELPING WITH THE PRICE ADJUSTMENT THAT WAS NEEDED DUE TO AN INCORRECT CHARGE.

IT NOT THAT I DIDN'T LIKE IT BUT I WOULD RATHER PARKING BE FREE WITH YOUR STAY OR AT LEAST HALF OF THE AMOUNT THAT IS CHARGED. I ALSO RECOMMEND NOT CHARGING THE GUEST BEFORE THEY ARRIVE FOR THEIR STAY IT WAS A BIT INCONVENIENT TO FIX.

Very nice hotel. Room/bathroom were exceptional and the facilities were all clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent, and they also had a nice underground private parking garage. Hoping to stay again during our next Montreal trip.

While driving into the city is no problem, using transit to get there is a bit more tricky. Namur station seems close on a map, but it's actually a slightly awkward ~15 min walk that's mostly along a busy highway. Although it's not unsafe, it was a bit scary making the walk in icy winter weather. Probably not as much of a problem in better weather though. (For what it's worth, if the weather is bad/slippery, I recommend an indirect route: the highway walk can be avoided by walking north to Victoria Ave and then coming back down to the station via Rue Jean-Talon. This route is nearly twice as long though)

All my other experiences and expectations were fine except with the reception staff when we checked in. We came in at dawn and the receptionist was asleep when we arrived. He was grumpy and his tone wasn’t accommodating and friendly to welcome incoming guests. Maybe he felt bad for being awaken from his sleep. I hope next time, that particular staff will have a better disposition to perform his job as a front liner of your hotel. Thank you.

Great desk clerks, nice ambiance, very clean room and exceptional bed. Bath was also to our liking.

Breakfast absolutely sucked. Bacon and eggs are not hard to make. But what was served was not even up to a decent ‘greasy spoon’ level. It is clear the restaurant runs separately from the hotel and, from our experience, why we ate alone! Then a bill for $57…they get that at expensive downtown hotels like the Ritz but those meals are expertly prepped and served. The ‘soft-scrambled’ ordered came overdone, bacon was limp to underdone, and toast was two quarter pieces accompanied by deep fried potatoes, not home fried. I complained when checking out and they made amends by removing the parking charges from my bill. I will return but never again eat there. There must have been a huge family event or kids sports team staying there. Kids running and screaming thru the lobby.

Well kept, up to date. Nice pool and gym. Friendly staff, nice restaurant style breakfast, albeit a bit pricey.

Location is right by a massive boulevard/highway that is quite noisy and very congested. Not a very welcoming area. Route from Namur metro station to the hotel is not long, but a bit shady and along the massive highway

Room was a great size for three adults. Staff friendly and helpful. Really good gym facilities

There was no real restaurant in the hotel. Had a limited menu for breakfast and evening meal, which you ordered at the bar. Didn’t eat there for breakfast walked up the road to a lovely place, which had more choice and was much better value for money

I recently left a review on Booking.com, but I would also like to extend a special thank-you to the front desk team, especially Mehdi. He was welcoming, courteous, attentive, and supportive throughout my stay. I truly appreciate Courtyard Montreal Midtown for having such outstanding staff.

The WIFI was not stable.

The Kosher breakfast was great. It was self-service buffet, basically eat as much as you like, and had everything, very tasty. The gym was very good, and the pool looked very nice although other people were using it. The room was equipped with a small fridge and a microwave oven, as well as a coffee maker that used inserts supplied by housekeeping every day.

Nothing of any seriousness. There were a couple of minor housekeeping foulups, which were corrected when brought to the attention of the staff.

Very clean, organized with a great interior design.

They were Missing some amenities like slippers, water bottles, toothbrushes, shaving kits, etc.
