I really liked how their suites are so fun! I'm so glad they are a thing here in montreal. Although sometimes the rooms are smoking, if you're a non-smoker, it really is a bad experience if you're sensitive to smell like I am. Staffs are really nice usually! I only had 1 bad experience that the AC was not working in my room and they only refunded me a portion of my stay. But they provided a new room!!!

The AC was not working and they only refunded me 50$ out of my 350$. It was not my first time there, so it was a bit saddening to find out they don't really care about customer satisfaction when it comes to money.

The Hotel is very quiet. We were able to rest well after a long day of walking around Montreal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. The rooms were clean. There was free breakfast provided but the food was not fresh. Maybe go as early as possible to have your breakfast.

There was an opened and little bit used shower gel in the bathroom. The mini fridge was a little bit loud but we were able to ignore that. The shower did not work properly in our room, the shower door didn't close properly, so the water went everywhere outside the shower area.

I enjoyed my stay at The Chabrol : the staff is very friendly and professional. Ready to help all the time. Their breakfast is great and varied. The beds are comfortable for a restful sleep. The hotel is kept clean with staff always making their check round specially in the dining room during breakfast. Also, the location is great with public transportation nearby (metro and bus).

Price is higher than other comparable accommodation in the neighborhood and no elevator. I was on the second floor. But that is no big deal.

Check in was quick. Pleasantly greeted and great convo with the Rep running the front counter. My key had an issue at first and she lent me her main key to get into my room. She came up a few mins later and checked on me and grabbed her key. Everything was taken care of and worked. . Room was great. I had a jacuzzi and it was great and clean. Shower was large and nice. Bed comfy.

Shower heads looked very dirty and needed a deep clean. Some dust but other than that, great place.

The woman (I am embarrassed I did not get her name) that worked at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind and efficient.

The room was clean but there were some pink spots in the shower. Over all the shower was clean, some pink spots developed sometime between when the room was cleaned and when we checked in. It came off when wiped. Perhaps a different cleaner is needed (vinegar or something) to get rid of it.

Convenient location, close to all MTL attractions. Rooms are very good, beds are amazing and got a great one night stay here. Highly recommend for someone visiting the city for a few days even with their families.

Rooms look a tad dated and can use a makeover however there is nothing that can be qualified as a deal breaker. I may be expecting a bit much after my previous stays but I was very happy with the overall aesthetic of the room, beds , overall cleanliness, linen, toileteries. The whole package! Breakfast was probably the only dissapointing item here. It only offered bare minimum like bagels, coffee etc. Could get slightly better in terms of offering but isn't something worth changing your mind over as you're in the culinary city of MTL so dont be harping over hotel food.

This was good for one night. I appreciated the noon checkout after a late flight. Close to the airport. Easy access to buses into the city. My room was spotless and comfortable. Staff were kind and held my bag for the day while I was out.

Breakfast wasn’t great. The decor was very dated.

Breakfast is dissapointing, no free water and few options of food. I loved the waffles. This would mean an even better improvement for the hotel. Plus the doors are super heavy and it’s hard to open them when carrying bags through the stairs

Tasty bread, comfortable room. Clean and tidy room. Ad-hoc cleaning and room service was provided. Nice friendly staff.

Limited breakfast options. No elevator in the hotel. Room service forgot to come back for cleaning.

- AC broke on the 2nd night of our stay but they moved us to another room - Rooms weren't as clean as we expected
