The lobby is beautiful and very well-kept. Housekeeping was great each day. The room was also nice and had plenty of space. Being just a few minutes from a metro station made it easy to get around town. The staff were also helpful and friendly. The secure underground parking was great to have.

The bathroom in our room had a barn-style door which I was personally not a fan of, but it certainly does not take away from the overall great experience we had here. There’s also not a lot to do in the area as it’s a bit farther out, but I actually preferred that as it’s further from the downtown noise.

The staff at the front desk was rude and took service was horrible . We called severally for breakfast and after maybe 10 attempts they pick up and are super short and rude. For dinner we called so many times and left messages but no responses . Tried calling the front desk so they can at least get us to the kitchen and they didn’t pick up either. We had to order Uber Eats. Customer service was 0/10

Walking distance to Metro and close to all tourist attractions by car as well.

No info was provided in the room about the hotel facilities (pool hours, restaurant info). Used to find a brochure or binder with this info., along with info. about the local area. Had to call front desk regarding pool, and they forgot to tell us such information upon checking in.

The location was peaceful and quaint. It was close enough for us to Uber anywhere we wanted to go while being quiet and safe for us to go for late night walks outside the hotel. There was a Starbucks and Supermarche steps away which made our stay truly comfortable and spectacular. Also, house keeping and front desk deserves a round of applause because they were attentive and thorough with any request we had. I don't think we could have asked for anything more. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. :)

Very modern. Excellent service and in a nice area. Very good restaurant in house, with a grocery store near by, along with patisserie's and coffee shops. Lots of restaurants near by if you wanted to walk or take a cab. Highly recommend 👌

Service at breakfast was very slow, so slow on our first morning we left and went to the patisserie a short walk away.

Staff was very nice. Hotel is so nice. Lobby is nice to lounge in by the fireplace. Restaurant on site is great with a nice weekend vibe! The underground parking $(17/day) was great peace of mind!

Bathroom door had a gap so not entirely private - barn door style. Bed linens were light and not warm enough. No extra blankets in the room.

Despite the power outage, the staff were very accommodating and did all that they can to make our stay very comfortable. Glow sticks were provided for the guests to navigate through the dark. The rooms are gorgeous and the showers were clean with shampoo/soap provided:)

We hosted a birthday party over Easter weekend and someone from the hotel called my out of town relatives and told them that the birthday party was cancelled. They also cancelled their reservation on top of giving them false information about the party. This was UNACCEPTABLE. While the power eventually was restored, my relatives visiting from Toronto ended up driving back home due to someone not doing their job properly. We realize people make mistakes and circumstances then were out of our control; however nothing was made official about our family event being postponed. Our relative also mentioned that the person over the phone was unprofessional and did not offer any solutions for accommodation.

The facility itself is stunning. The customer service is impeccable. Wish there had been more of a continental breakfast included.

Location I gave a 1 star because we thought we were booking the Hilton near St Catherine St. When we got there the girl couldn't find our reservation and I thought I was going to be sick. She asked to look at the reservation and told me I was at the wrong location and it happens ALL THE TIME. I had even Googled the name of the hotel before we left and it's directly where it sent me. This one is totally outside the city just off highway as you head north going to Lavaal. Pay attention to this!

Offered breakfast served in the Italian restaurant only offered choice of 3 egg dishes, and filter coffee. Cappuccino and other item had to be paid extra. Hotel on a busy highway
