Great location close to Snowdon metro and neighboirhood restaurants. Helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms are essentially 1-bedroom apartments, great size, with balcony. Fantastic cafés on either side of hotel. We will be happy to come back!

The only downside is the extremely tight underground parking and the construction on the street, with lane closures. Cars may be double parked and you must leave your keys at reception for them to jockey. Some people may not like that. But there is no real parking elsewhere, so...

The hotel is very well-located, on the bustling cotes-des-neiges, a few steps to the subway and close to multiple bus-stops, good restaurants and stores. The suites are a great size, the cooking facilities are fully-supplied, cleaning is very good and the staff are polite and accommodative. I had zero problems finding the hotel, check-in and checkout were straightforward and I would certainly stay again.

If you are precious about your car, note that for some 'blocking' parking spaces you have to hand in your keys and allow the staff to move it (i.e. as per a valet), not uncommon for Montreal. Be aware that the rooms are spotless but the large size of the rooms means they are a little sparse, which is overall a decent problem to have!

The hotel is located on a busy street, but our room was in the back so it was quiet. It was also big and clean with black-out curtains. Bus stops and metro were easily reachable by foot in just a few minutes (definitely recommend to take public transport and leave the car in the hotel’s parking garage). Moreover, there were various restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy and post office close-by. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Parking garage costs CA$ 20 per night and for most of the spots you have to leave your keys at the front desk.

Clean, comfortable rooms.

Front desk staff were polite at best, and dismissive at times. Hotel parking incurred extra cost, is double-rowed with cars either blocking your car or being blocked by yours. Non-parked pickup truck blocked us, requiring an extra trip to front desk. Front desk gentleman offered no apology, and after waiting for some minutes and our bewildered looks, told us the equivalent of “please go downstairs”. We proceeded downstairs to the garage, pickup truck gone, and finally drove out. Another point: their ATM only dispenses $20, so don’t count on it in a rush if you need more. A bank across the street offered full ATM services.

The location was excellent with Metro stop, Grocery store, restaurants and bakery nearby, I was with my daughter and 21 year old grandson. My daughter went out front to have a cigarette and a homeless person asked her for a cigarette and she declined as she only brought one down. The reception staff must have seen it on camera and quickly came out to ask my daughter if she was ok. She always felt safe and I was very impressed with the professional and friendly service of all staff. I would recommend this place to friends and would certainly stay there again in the future.

Parking is limited so show up early to be sure to have a spot. I left my car at the hotel for the entire stay and used the Metro with a weekend pass.

Rooms were very comfortable well equipped. Close to the Metro (the subway system, not the grocery store chain - though that was close by as well).

Hallways are quite narrow. The elevator is very slow. Not enough parking in the underground garage. Prices are way too high just because it's the Grand Prix weekend, but so is every the hotel in the city...

I loved the location so much! We had so many food choice around and the metro (stm, not the grocery) was so close! I also liked that we had a kitchenette in our room! So practical when wanting to cook a little something!

The fact that the doors at the entry aren't automatic doors, but I think.most hotel are like that. For disabled people I think that would be a really good thing to make automatic doors in the future! Because holding heavy doors open when using a cane AND having our suitcase is really hard. Though, thanks to the staff who helped us with the doors!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for a longer stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and be autonomous. The fireplace added a cozy touch, and the gigantic bed was incredibly comfortable. The modern decoration, perfectly placed television and sofa, and the balcony (though unused in winter) were highlights. The hallways were also very modern and well-organized.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We didn’t try the breakfast or the parking, so we can’t comment on those.

Very nice clean 2-room suite, which was larger than anticipated, in a good location. We were able to walk to the Cote des Neiges metro quite easily to reach our end destination. The immediate area is very nice with lots of markets (24/7 fruit market with great produce!) and restaurants around. It is near a university so there are a lot of students, but we didn't find it overly loud. The parking was nice to have (at the time of our stay it was $23 extra) as it is covered and secured underground.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again - two minor issues for us: - we received a room with 2 "double" beds - we are two taller than average people who are not overweight by any means, however, we could not both comfortably fit together in one bed so we took 1 bed each. Not a huge issue, but we were expecting a room with one single large (queen/king) bed. - after 11pm the front doors to the hotel are locked (which is great for security), so we ended up having to wait for someone to come to the front desk to let us in (not long but still) - not sure if it is feasible to have a swipe card system for the front door so guests do not have to wait?

Beautifully renovated updated boutique style hotel room with a separate bedroom, kitchennette and bathroom. Fantastic location. Trendy restaurants, grocery stores, liquor store, outdoor fruit market, all located on both sides of the hotel street. Subway and downtown bus within a couple minutes walk. Beautiful view of the St Joseph Oratory and within walking distance. Amazingly friendly, bilingual and very helpful front desk staff. A real gem of a hotel. Recommend it 101%. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Montreal.
