The property is spacious for 6 people. Kitchen was also nice. It has all the appliances working and nice. Kitchen had all the utensils. Cabinet were missing handles.

The property is in busy neighborhood where there is only street parking available. Every night I had to drive around the find a parking spot. It is right above the business property. Old apartment is upgraded with cheaper materials to make it look modern. Sofa bed had some tears. One kitchen chair was broken. Refrigerator doesn’t have ice maker but had two ice plates.

The property is in a great location, well surrounded by eateries. There's also a bus stop right out front, making commute to the city/downtown very easy. The rooms were spacious, and overall a great place for a family visit.

There were a few things that needed to be repaired or looked into. We had to contact the host, and the host was prompt in fixing them. However, the AC didn't seem to work as expected, potentially because the living room is huge and lacks curtains. So, it can get quite hot on a hot and sunny day. Fortunately, we didn't have too many hot days while we were there and it rained a couple of days, so we mostly had a comfortable stay.

The property itself was clean and comfortable.But my big concern,that at the time of booking, this property was listed as the property with the parking available. When we received the instructions for check in 2 days prior our trip, I find out that parking is available on the street (public). I parked my car on a street across, and the same night my car was stolen,and still not found. Considering the statistics for car thief in Montreal, which I lately discovered, this city is not safe to keep the car on a street parking, therefore it would be great, if you consider this situation, and let your guests know, that there is no parking available at the property, so for people who are looking for safe place to keep the car during the trip to Montreal, look for option better than street parking

Incredibly spacious apartment, bedrooms very private both with ensuite facilities. Beds very comfortable. Handy for a range of shops, and bus stop by the front door.

Location required use of bus and metro to get to all downtown sites and activities so with the strikes, quite costly with Uber. Much of the crockery had chips or cracks, no wine glasses, and cutlery limited. No plug for the sink, and couldn't work the dishwasher. All minor issues wouldn't stop me staying again.

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Was perfect for a short term stay, location was great and check-in/out was very simple. Had everything you needed, bathrooms were immaculate and comfortable. Would totally recommend staying here for a short term stay.

The place just needs a little "TLC". Like blinds in one of the room are broken and fixed up with duct tape. The pillows are quite small although I read this from a previous review and I brought my own (I recommend doing the same). Also the noise travels quite easily through the building.

The communication with the owner was excellent. Very spacious. Easy access to the door, and instructions were very clear. The location was excellent. Very nice restaurants around. Easy parking. Not private but we never struggled to find a space. I would definitely go back.

I think the pillows and bedding items needs to be replaced. Pillows are thin and with stains. Bed mattress not comfortable. Sticky spills under the couch. The floors looked dirty. It was only one wine glass and was broken. I would suggest to hire a company who does a better job with the cleaning.

The suite was huge and so lovely! The bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was amazing. We loved that there was a bus stops just outside the building that we could connect even with the metro.

The main room smelled as if someone had smoked there. It was intense. Also, the heating didn't reach that room and some nights were freezing cold.

Location was perfect. Nice view of Sherbrooke street. NDG has a better snow removal service than other areas in Montreal. Parking was free and easy. Many restaurants around and the rental has home appliances if you prefer to cook. Calm area.

Some stains on the couch, made me not seat on them. Pillows were quite slim. Seems like a pet stayed there before my arrival due to some pet hair that I found, Minor details easy to improve with a deeper vacuum of the place.

no curtains it is very difficult to sleep after the sunrise second bathroom damage only hot water it is dangers if not taking care stairs very difficult specially if you have lot of bags

The property had lots of space and was clean. Parking was no concern as well since there was parking only 1 street away. The staff was great as well responding quickly and with clear and concise information.

One of the showers only had boiling hot water so everyone used the other shower. The door to one room was broken and it wouldn’t open all the way. However, there was another entrance through the adjacent bathroom.
