check in on the 15th the girl on the desk was so pleasant and kind and helpful. Room clean and large hotel well located and very very clean and nice on inside.

I think that the cost for parking should be included in the price of the room, or make better arrangements for people to know especially when booking on line with Booking.com. Enough parking for all especially when the hotels are now charging for a short person the beds are high, need a small stool to get in. The racks for the towels are too high for a short person think the breakfast could be expanded to 10:30

They should have a security guard for their parking lot. There was only limited parking and it is first come first serve, which is understandable. But there were people that parked blocking other people’s car. In the morning many customers had to wait over hours to get their cars out. I know it’s not the hotel who did that. It was some stupid ignorant customers who just chose to park where ever they could. But if the hotel had a security guard, this situation could’ve been avoided.

Staff are so friendly and they would help with any issues. Breakfast was also good. I liked their cold water tank in the lobby too.

There are some facilities like microwave and coffee maker in the room, which is great, but they are far from outlet and I had to move them for using them. Also, a kettle could be added to the room because they do not provide hot water in the breakfast also vending machine does not work for hot water.

Staff are so friendly. Elevator was out of order and i was staying in 5th floor. You just imagine when you go to hotel and elevator is out of order. But staff bring my luggage that was really kind. Thank you for staff one more time. Everything was good except elevator problem, staying at 5th floor. 😊😊😊

Breakfast need to be change everyday. Same food for 4 days.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating , has a beautiful reception area. Secure parking as well. Room was very clean and comfortable they even had makeup remover and soaps and shampoo and conditioner so no need to bring your own! Great location for us as our son is currently in the hospital.

Nothing everything was great they even did a complete clean for our room after our first night which we definitely weren't expecting so nice !

The pool was at a warm temperature great for relaxing with integrated seating. Felt like I was in my home in the fitness centre. Bed was really comfortable, I slept very well. I would personally prefer an extra blanket as I like heavier blankets on top of me. Great toiletries were provided! Dove brand! This was a first for me; I was surprised it was like the cherry on top! And they had a laundry mat!

The bed were comfy and there was a pool and Spa available. Good tea and coffee facility.

There was a weird smell in our room and around the other rooms as well. As well as the air conditioning making a really loud noise. The walls were mucky by the bedroom full length mirror and some on the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. The only hot food was scrambled egg and boiled eggs no meat or veg(beans,tomatoes, mushrooms) The rest is cereal, toast and a few pastries. But they had no butter.

The breakfast was ok, could be more offerings like bacon or sausage. The guy cleaning the lobby was so nice and friendly. The room was clean

We had to pay extra for parking in the parking lot! There was some sort of convention going on and the lobby was so crowded. The lady behind the counter wasn't the friendliest. The windows were so dirty we couldn't hardly see out of them. Lots of tripping hazards in the rooms
