We arrived after a long journey from our home in Ontario and were so relieved to be greeted by your amazing friendly staff in the late hours of midnight! The room (#206) was great, bathrooms awesome (My daughter and I shared it and wow, lots of room!) It was clean, the bed was comfy, the temperature was perfect and we were able to adjust it as needed with no problems. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed to start our day. We do not speak french, but that didn't make communication at all difficult. I hesitated staying in Laval instead of Montreal, but the location of your hotel made getting into the City a breeze. We will definitely be returning and will refer Hampton Inn to our friends.

The TV - LOL The remote is not the remote for the TV ie: Pressing "Guide" doesn't get you the channel list - pressing "0" does! So maybe just a little cheat sheet for those wanting to catch the news while getting ready in the morning :-). Also, there was no literature of attractions around your spot there, and the desk was helpful finding us the market near there (440 Market) but it would have been nice to have a flyer available with maps etc.. in the lobby.

The breakfast was pretty good. The staff worked hard to ensure everything was fresh and ready. The was a good variety of food. The room was standard. The tv only had cable which was fine as we weren’t there to watch tv but sometimes is nice to watch a little. But cable was a little short on things to watch. The bed was great.

The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked really well. There was a spot for the dog to go to the bathroom and it had bags provided. My dog liked the cookies.

the price was more than expected. I thought I paid for all of it up front through the app, but I received an additional fee upon leaving. Also the dog fee was quite high at 25 a day. I thought the pet fee would be a flat rate or a deposit that could be returned.

We love how clean and comfortable the hotel was. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of the hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel that is close to downtown Montreal. This isn't it as the location is about 30 mins plus more with traffic to downtown. We also wish there was more seating area for breakfast. We also wish there was a duvet for out cot which was not included in our room.

Well located, clean, many accommodations (breakfast, indoor pool), near grocery store, pharmacy and fast-food restaurants, within 10 minutes’ drive from major shopping center (Carrefour Laval). Staff is courteous, attentive and helpful.

The hotel accepts pets, which we didn’t know when booking. It turns out the guests next to our room kept 2 dogs barking every time they heard noise (and dogs are perceptive!). We love dogs and did not spend the days in the room, but we did want quiet, relaxing time in the evening and sleeptime. (Fortunately, the staff has been very helpful and did their best to relocate us to another aisle).

We liked the location, the cleanliness, the staff and especially the breakfast! Katia and Mary super friendly! And Alejandro at the front desk was very helpful!

The room was large, clean and ideal.

The breakfast area was too small for the size of the hotel and some mornings there were no tables or chairs available. The staff were excellent and tried to facilitate matters ad best they could.

Everything; the room, bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly. Will be back the next time I travel down to see the family. ,

We booked this hotel for a second time in the last few years. The reason for This trip was because we had tickets to illumi so loved that it was so close to it. Also were very pleased tbat the pool closes at 11pm gave us plenty of time to enjoy it even after the illumi tour.

I messaged the hotel to get 2 rooms beside each other. The last time the rooms had a connecting door. This time i asked and thaught we were put the same way but were just put on the same floor.

Location was convenient the staff were friendly and I really loved the 12pm check out time rather then the 11am check out.

Was disappointed to see no microwave in room as I usually bring stuff that require a microwave.
