The location is excellent—right next to the bus terminal and subway station. The view from the window was beautiful, overlooking the river and the wonderland-like scenery on the island. They also offer a breakfast buffet with a variety of options, which I really enjoyed. It’s also a genuinely pet-friendly hotel, which made my stay even more comfortable and convenient.

There are only two elevators in the entire building, so wait times can be a bit long during busy hours. Another thing that caused some confusion was the parking lot. Before check-in, many guests try to park in the lot beside the building, but the entrance requires a room card to access, even though guests haven’t received their cards yet. Most people just drive in, unsure of what to do. A clearly visible sign with instructions would really help reduce confusion.

The hotel sits right on the metro station (yellow line) / extremely convenient to travel to downtown. The location is also perfect for fireworks viewing! Free parking is a big plus!

Hotel itself is little bit outdated for the money paid. Pool facilities are old and require replacement. Our room was not properly cleared / prepared for us. We found leftovers in fridge and someone’s sock left on a chair in the room.

I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. The parking lot was spacious, well-lit, and felt very safe—which I really appreciated. It was easy to find a spot, and I had no issues throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with a smile. Cleanliness was clearly a priority—both the common areas and the room were spotless and well-maintained. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-managed place to stay.

Location was perfect as the property is just 50m from the Longueil Metro stop! We were attending the Canadian GP, so this location gave us access to and from Circuit Gilles Villeneuve with just a ten minute Metro ride. Breakfast was good, free parking is a great perk, Joseph restaurant on the property was OK, but menu choices are a bit limited. Room was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated, but everything worked!

The elevators are very slow at peak times. We were on the 5th floor and almost always just used the stairs.

Everything was just as described. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My husband loved that there was a sauna on site. Located right next to the metro if needed. Lots of parking on site and parking was free. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thomas at the front desk was great and easily refunded 1 nights stay when we had to cut our trip short unexpectedly. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to the Montreal area.

There were no bath towels in the bathroom but a quick call to the front desk and towels were brought up within 5-10 minutes.

The location is excellent for easy access to old Montreal. We drove in using gps finding locations and parking. Must have! We have front row seating for the fireworks over the river…bonus. Room was on top floor king bed. Excellent view, generous sized room, bed very very comfortable. Did not use other facilities.

Hot entrees for breakfast were depleated and not replaced. Other than that, it was more than adequate for a breakfast buffet.

The room was comfortable. The restaurant had great food and the staff very accommodating. The hotel is close to the Metro which made getting to downtown Montreal easy. The parking is free.

One of the two elevators was temporarily out of service. It was an incredibly hot day and corridors had no air conditioning which made the very long wait for the one elevator challenging.

Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, pool and gym were good. Location near Metro station was handy for travel, especially for visiting old Montreal without having the hassle of driving.

I can't think of anything important that stands out. Underground parking is nice in poor weather however this wasn't an issue during our stay.

I liked how it was close to so many different places and the staff were kind and helpful. Easy parking spot and not very confusing.

The bathroom lightning were not very good and the room didn’t have a good lightning but other than that everything was perfect. And the sheet had a blood stain on it. Maybe changing the sheets and blanket would be better.

VERY conveniently located next to the metro station (literally next door). Even though the exterior does not look very inviting, the interior is exceeding expectations: spacious modern rooms, spacious bathroom, good views towards the city. Free parking. comfortable beds.

Got charged 40 CAD for an early check-in; we asked for a late check-out (1 hour later), but that would have cost another 40 CAD. You can smell the swimming pool in the foyer. This makes it feel quite cheap.
