I’ve stayed at this hotel, and while the location is convenient and the staff are generally helpful, I’ve had a consistent issue that really affects my experience — the shower never seems to work properly. Every time I’ve stayed, the water is either completely off or there’s barely any pressure, making it unusable. It’s really frustrating, especially after a long day in the city when you just want a decent shower. I hope management takes this seriously and resolves it, because it’s a major inconvenience in an otherwise decent hotel.

Location, Clean and big rooms, polite staff at the reception, availability of communal microwave and the fridge.

A guy, presumably from the hotel maintenance staff, knocked on the door and asked if the bathroom drainage was working fine. He knocked incessantly until I opened the door. We had not complained about the drainage, so I was puzzled and said No. There was neither an explanation nor an apology for disturbing us. He left right after that, but the whole interaction was extremely awkward and felt unprofessional.

The room and hotel in general was very clean and modern. All sufficed perfectly, the location was perfect. However the staff was exceptional on my stay. Everyone I met was super friendly, polite and very well spoken in both french and english. And breakfast was very good

The beds as well as pillows were a little hard for my personal liking, and a chair took up most of the empty space in the room, where a couch or smaller chair could have been, again, my personal opinion. As well as the tvs were quite outdated

Wonderful staff at reception and breakfast. Croissants were incredible as well as coffee, really enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms very clean and all in all a wonderful time. Location is excellent.

Can't really think of anything as I had such an enjoyable time. BTW the best kareoke bars are all so close which I enjoyed.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel was in a super convenient location right across from the metro, and very close to most of the places I wanted to go on my trip. The price was great, I went with the cheapest option I could find and was definitely not expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was based on the price.

Very convenient location - approximately 20 minute walk to either Old Port or Plateau area and just around the corner from the Berri-UQAM station. The room was comfortable and great value for the price we paid. A good breakfast was included.

Parking might be a bit tough (as in most of Montreal). The hotel has a dedicated lot but it is not very big. There are two large underground parades close by, so not a huge issue

Very cheap deal for a decent quality hotel stay. It was clean, great location and helpful staff. The breakfast was a bonus and was a lot better than the reviews suggested - delicious croissants and pancakes. Fantastic stay overall.

There was no kettle in the room, so we weren't able to make tea.

I loved the location, very close to where I wanted to be. The fact that the staff could speak English and French fascinated me. The beds were comfortable. Excellent housekeeper service. The decoration, but above all the smell that can be appreciated when entering. Thank you. everything was excellent.

Parking should be included. Or better rate.

We love the look and feel of the hotel. It’s location was awesome. The bed was super comfy. The room was clean and cozy. My family and I really enjoyed our three days.

I think this is definitely a great value for the money spent! I think they jazzed up the hotel perfectly. It is not Upscale without the price
