Large room, balcony, easy to find location, close to downtown, convenient breakfast , it was place to park the car in the front of the entrance, thus it was easy to take the luggages to the room. It is a Starbucks inside of the hotel which is good .

Nothing to mention, maybe the water hardness but it is not hotel job

The hotel felt very safe from the moment I checked in until check out in the morning. The rooms locked but also had a second locking mechanism from the inside which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. I was there for travel over a weekend and it was still very quiet. The restaurant downstairs was delicious as well.

All the soaps/ body washes/ conditioners/ lotions were in large reuseanle bottles. I found it weird that they stopped using any paper due to covid and germs but use multi use personal hygiene things. Also For the price it would of been nice to have a bottled water in the room.

the rooms were very comfortable the view was wonderful. The shower was great. We had drinks and appetizer's in the lounge food was great. service not bad they were very busy.

no bottle water in the rooms. no vending machines on the floors to purchase bottle water. not enough towels in the room. remote for tv need batteries. Did forget our expensive pillow and they said they could not find it. :( which just means the staff may ........? but I guess that is my fault for forgetting it.

Location is great, cleanliness is superb

The ac blew constantly making the background noise loud and constant. Bathroom shower enclosure is completed with a plastic curtain - plexiglass sliding doors are more desirable.

Downtown location with good breakfast and lounge

Parking garage and cost for this is high but understandable for a downtown location

Love the suite we always book. Comfy for our girls trip and house keeping was top knotch with our needs for extra towels and linens also front desk were super friendly! The restaraunt was good too.

The location was perfect! We were attending the Celtic Games in Regina. We could walk to the event venue, the Mall and to the Italian Deli within minutes. The staff was lovely!

A good quality/cost combination, with friendly staff, a good breakfast offering and a good menu for dining during the day. The bar area is reasonably lively too....without turning into a riot. We enjoyed our nine day stay at the hotel. Highly recommendable.

Toilet flushed was" broken" but I fixed it easily enough. The flushed was loose

The staff were beyond and above my expectations. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. We went to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and they surprised him with a lovely set and and HP Card on our bed.
