The thing that we liked most was the front desk staff; especially Nadia who was so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good and tasty. Two men that acted as support staff were also great and prompt in responding to anything needed. one was Ukrainien and the other Panamanian.

The fact that the maid did not clean our room the 3rd day that we were there. We had asked her to come back in about half of an hour as we were about to go out on a tour, but when we got back later that day, it was not done. Lack of capuccino in the restaurant.

I liked the size of the suite and what was provided in the kitchenette. Everything in the bathroom worked well. I am not usually a fan of body wash but it smelled heavenly. The view from the suite was terrific.

Because I booked it for my 81 year old mother and myself, I was assuming that there would be a separate bedroom so that we could have our privacy. Instead, it was a larger room for two adults that had a well-stocked kitchenette. If I had known, I would have just booked a double King or Queen room, not a suite.

I liked everything about my stay at the Marriott. Great staff. Location is amazing betwixt the downtown and the shore walks. Another neighbourhood there that is so enjoyable, so “me”, I suppose. Very restful, yet happening—busy dockside is so interesting ❤️

The room is very clean and the location is perfect if your want to visit signal hill and enjoy downtown lifestyle. The staff are very helpful, responsive and friendly.

The only thing I would think that is not perfect is the harbor loading bay opposite the hotel which blocks part of the harbor view.

The service at front desk was awesome, the lady that was soloing breakfast was super nice. The rooms were great and the free wifi was fast enough to run anything, I was playing diablo 4 and other games. ( even though they offer a faster service for a I think 4 or 5 bucks a night I stuck with free) the view from the room was nice. It's walking distance to Duke and George St.

Great location near downtown. Dinner at restaurant was very tasty. Friendly staff. For some reason my middle name was put as part of last name, making reservation hard to look up. But reception was really helpful to get it solved.

Parking lot van get full near end of evening. Booking.com lists tax rate of 17%, but HST is 15% and accommodation tax is 4%, so should probably be listed as 19%.

Early check-in. Cordial front desk staff. Spotless, spacious room and loo. Comfy bed. Close to some tourist sites. Sockets near the bed. Ample of clean towels. Close to eateries. Good thermostat.

A few times, the Wifi disconnects.

I chose this hotel over others for the free parking. I understand it was busy but packed and had to find a street parking spot which was not easy either.

Location.. 10 minute walk from George Street and signal Hill.

For anyone doing their Royal College exams at the Coutyard by Marriott hotel, I can recommend upgrading your room to the junior suite. It has a separate small lounge area, ideal for that last minute studying. The Vu restaurant delivers to the room; they are located next door. The salmon especially was excellent. I ordered it two nights in a row - yummy! They offer a decent breakfast with good coffee and a beautiful harbour view. I will definitely stay here again. Even if just to experience their soft comfortable bed.
