Very nice facilities, great location, super safe, very clean, great views.

Hot water didn’t come out of the sink, they will only give you one room key per room despite how many guests you have, the bathroom has glass doors so you can pretty much hear what someone is doing in the bathroom. Hot water pressure from shower was not great also. I also didn’t like how the rooftop was covered with ceilings, it makes it hard to tan and its not like how its shown in the photos on the app with the whole view. The pool also is really tiny because they always have a DJ and they installed like a glass floor in the middle of the pool.

Excellent continental breakfast. Varied coffee selection, lots of sweets and cakes. Large room with great view and very comfortable beds. They have a rooftop swimming pool available up until 6:00 pm They offer various trips and tours with various discounts.

Staff was a bit over-zealous when it came to credit card deposit and booking confirmation, which seems a bit too much in my opinion. For some reason, my credit card wasn't accepted, even though I made a similar deposit a day ago on a car rental company and I had sufficient funds. In the end I had to pay with debit card (booking amount +VAT) and leave the deposit in cash. Our room had the windows overviewing a big boulevard and wasn't soundproof. If you're a light sleeper it might be an issue.

Confort at the hotel was above my expectations. They also have a super great italian restaurant, name Fechoría. I literally went to this restaurant 2 x day for a week. But the most impressive at this hotel was to see many events going on at same time, every day, and very well organized. No confusion between events, no loud noise and perfect events management. I was a speaker at one of the events and was very well impressed. The soundproofing of the rooms is also spectacular. You never hear anything.

The hair dryer is not good, if you use one, take your own to this trip. Too small and it´s INSTALLED ATTACHED INSIDE A DRAWER below the sink. It´s weird and difficult to use.

The hotel is very well located, very near to the tube station Manquehue. It has a very modern design, very clean in spite of huge windows, which are difficult to keep clean. Very friendly staff and quick check-in and support in case of questions. The breakfast was good with one exception (on the didn't like section). The view from the room is very nice, room and bathroom spacious and very good bed.

The coffee is horrible, really bad and totally out of line with a hotel of this category. I strongly recommend icon to re-visit what they are offering, undrinkable

THE TOP FLOOR HAS A LOVELY POOL AND A FEW ENTERTAINERS, HOWEVER, THE FOOD IS MUCH TO BE DESIRED, IF YOU ARE IN CHILE THEY SHOULD HAVE A CHOICE OF MORE THAN ONE DISH OF CHILEAN FOOD, INSTEAD IT WAS PERUVIAN? WHICH THEY SERVED LOTS OF DISHES WITH LOTS OF CHEESE IN IT..AND WE COULDNT EAT IT...

THE FACT THAT THE SPA WAS COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM THE HOTEL, SO GETTING BATHROBE AND THE SLIPPERS HAD TO BE HANDLE IN RECEPTION , THEN CHARGE AS A DEPOSIT OF 100 USA... THEN HAVING TO GO AGAIN TO RECEPTION TO GIVE THEM BACK..IN FRONT OF THE NEW GUESTS AND LOBBY OF THE HOTEL...WHY CANT THE SPA DEAL WITH THIS INSTEAD? .

We loved the hotel, the staff at reception were exceptional. So lovely and friendly and smartly dressed as professionals. The rooms were great and we felt safe at the hotel. The new Italian restaurant had outstanding authentic food with a wonderful chef from Venice.

At the rooftop bar on the late Friday evening of our stay, my husband left his iPhone to charge behind the bar. When he collected the phone, it was clear it was tampered with as a warning had showed that iPhone would not open for 5 minutes. This shows that there was several attempts to try to bypass the PIN code. This made us uncomfortable. However the staff that served us and the food at the pool bar was excellent. This rooftop area has Friday night clown entertainer which helped us enjoy.

The property was clean and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant and bar were convenient. Many of the employees like Noelia and Santiago were excellent. The photo of the rooftop is not what it looks like. There is a shade cover and there are only three loungers squished to the side. The rest is the bar/restaurant.

We requested adjoining rooms. The rooms were next to each other but not walk through rooms. With kids this requires keys to work and be managed all the time. The kids were fighting, locking themselves out, etc. the pool on the roof allows kids but you will immediately be asked to keep them from splashing. The rooftop also closes the pool at 6 pm. This doesn’t allow for much use. Staying with kids overall works, but it isn’t perfect.

The hotel is very beautiful, located in a nice part of the city, although a bit far from the most touristic spots. It had a nice view from the mountains and a very interesting rooftop pool/bar with great views too. The breakfast was really good, with many options and friendly staff.

The bathroom had glass walls, which I personally don't like. The shower would take very long to heat, or don't really heat at all. There is no room service after certain hours, which you would expect to have in a big hotel. We arrived late on our first day and didn't have anything to eat.

This place is superb. Great location (2 minutes walk from a Metro station), amazing staff, and above and beyond service. It was our honeymoon during the trip and even before we arrived the team had reached out to check if there was anything we were celebrating (which even most 5 star hotels fail to do). When we arrived we were given such a warm welcome and made to feel really special. They even treated us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates and gave us a room with the most incredible view of the city and the Andes. Also the price point is superb. Could not recommend more.

It was immaculate x nothing was too much trouble x we found that a particular member of staff called Jesus was more than helpful and was keen to look after us with information on the places around the city x we would rate him very highly x we loved our stay overall and will definitely return x As a chef I was absolutely delighted to meet alex tridente who is an amazing chef and a lovely man x he cooked for my wife and I and served us with a fantastic stuffed pasta dish x
