Easy self-check in kiosks for a late check-in. All 3x rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. All smelled great and were an exact replica of each other. Ample space to lay out your luggage to re-pack for our flight the next morning. They even have all charging cords available at your bedside to charge all devices. Free shuttle service is easy to reserve and efficient. Within walking distance to restaurants, Olive Young, etc, and they even have a convenience store downstairs in the lobby as well as a coffee shop. Local 24hr laundromat a few mins walk away to wash/dry your last load of washing before leaving Korea was a plus!

The Golden Tulip Incheon airport Hotel is a good choice for staying close to the airport if you have an early flight the next day. The Hotel has a good shuttle service to the airport terminals. and there is a Seoul metro station closeby as an alternative in getting to and from the airport if needed. The Breakfast buffet of the Hotel is very good if needed, and so are the rooms, given the location of the hotel it's very quiet and peaceful at night. The rooms are of a reasonable size and are very comfortable. Thank you very much, It was a wonderful stay, and I would very much like to recommend this hotel for staying at ICN. This is the second time I stayed at golden tulip; just because I really enjoyed the first time stay. Facilities in the room (fridge and freezer even!) is amazing and shower /toilet are clean - bed is comfortable plus spacious room. Staff are very efficient and I will definitely come back again next time!

There were a lot of guests taking the airport shuttle when I was leaving for Incheon. There were so many suitcases to load onto the bus , and the driver was sorting out by himself for first 10mins until the hotel staff come and help. It delayed the departure time for 15mins- maybe better to collaborate between driver and hotel staff to avoid situation like this.

Lovely big room, very clean and good value. Super easy to find right off the metro at Unseo, come out exit 1 and look up! Well lit and very safe feeling area to make your way to the hotel. Friendly helpful reception staff

The shuttle! Just as well it was easy to find from the metro as it was very difficult to book the free shuttle and then impossible to find at the airport. Just make sure you get some cash on the way through the airport, walk through following the signs and buy a ticket at the machine.

During my recent trip to Korea, I stayed total 2 nights in Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel, 1 on the night of my arrival, and another 1 on the night before my departure. Each of the stays gave me very contrasting experience. The night before my departure, i checked-in to a seems to be newly renovated room, with modern bathroom, separating wet/dry area, electronic bidet, everything was very good, but this was not the case for my stay on my arrival. But overall I'm satisfied with my stay in this hotel and would recommend to anyone having an early departure from Incheon airport due to the ideal location just beside Unseo Station of Arex all-stop train.

On my arrival (late night), i was given a room with very poor bathroom, where there's no door/shower curtain to separate the shower area and the dry area, causing the whole bathroom floor is wet the entire night. And the basin using a lousy sensor water tap which was extremely annoying coz the sensor is not consistently working and it is difficult to even wash my face, and the toilet has no bidet as listed in the bathroom facility.

As most may do, we've picked this one to stay one night before flying from Incheon Airport, so we wanted to have it comfortable, clean, close to the airport and still quiet enough to get proper sleep. This is what we got and even better than expected. Modern, spacious room with a washing machine, large comfortable bed, spacious, modern and very clean bath, the option to cook something (we did not), all directly at station so we jumped at the local airport (Gimpo), jumped into the AREX and traveled (more or less) directly to the (well hidden) front office of the Golden Tulip. All around the hotels you'll find everything you need: shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, DAISO, ... Breakfast in the hotel was good, likely one of the best (western) we've had in Korea so far. We've had enough time on the day of checkout, so we left our baggage in the hotel (for free), jumped on the bus, went to see the lovely coastline with even a SEA SIDE RAIL BIKE track (google: yeongjong sea side rail bike) and got a free airport shuttle to Incheon Airport from the hotel in the evening. All in all a great experience.

It was hard to find the reception at first, so if you read this: When coming from the station, do NOT take the first entry into the hotel (this is for the apartments only) and do NOT take the escalator upstairs but walk straight on through the patio into the second entry. There is the reception. The shuttle bus starts directly in front of the reception. It was also quite a bit noisy, even in the patio with windows closed, but this was more because of the party-people than planes/ street... anyway it was still ok.

The staff, in general they are OK. But at the check in the front desk didn’t mention need to book in advance for the next day’s shuttle to airport, maybe they mentioned somehow. Next morning the driver asked the tickets for shuttle, I told him that I don’t have it then can I still take it? then driver kept saying tickets, so I went back to front desk to ask for it, instead give me a one ticket, the staff said I should reserve last night.. ok, I got it, but it obviously there is still space on shuttle and the shuttle is leaving in 5 mins.

Room was big, bright and had everything we needed for a 2 day 1 night layover. Housekeeping left us a bag of clean towels and bottled water when we had the ‘do not disturb sign on’, excellent service. Shuttle service was a bonus. Location is good with eateries and supermarket closeby

It was still cold at 7°C outside and the room temp was cold and temp set at 22°C. We were told that heating doesn’t come on till 6 pm and it didn’t happen. I couldn’t sleep due to the cold and there were no spare blankets. I guess I could have rung for one. Some of the staff didn’t speak much English but they were willing to help. There’s one particular male receptionist that continued to ignore us for good few minutes and pretended to be busy with the monitor. I had to excuse myself and asked if there was something else to help. I suspect he didn’t speak any English and I would have be ok if he had attempted to say so in Korean. Every other staff member attempted to communicate in broken English and Korean which is fine.

Great stay for layover before flying back home

We booked three rooms before flying back home—this is my second time staying here. Unfortunately, during checkout, we encountered a front desk staff member who was not customer-friendly and showed no sign of a welcoming attitude. It was disappointing, especially compared to my previous experience. I strongly urge the management to provide proper training to staff, especially in customer service and communication skills, to ensure guests feel valued and respected. I’ve traveled to many countries and generally have had great experiences, especially in Korea, which I truly love. However, this encounter left me disappointed.

Room is spacious, clean and well equipped. Although we stayed for only one night, we felt very warm welcomed and comfortable. Staff is super helpful, they’re patient and always smiled. They helped us with printing some documents for our flight and with rebooking the shuttle bus very last minute! Location is great, right next to Unseo train station with Airport Railway Train, many restaurant nearby and convenience stores - including one right in the building Shuttle service is also very convenient, big bus that goes to both Terminal 1 and 2 Definitely recommend to those who wants to stay here before or after flight!
