All the staff i met were very friendly, they were trying their best to communicate with us using English, they even provided us the complimentary birthday cake and party pack for my son's birthday The facilities are great, especially the heated pool and gym Room was clean everyday with the complimentary snack in the fridge just right in front of Heundae Beach and walking distance (less than 1km) to sky capsule train station. Many restaurants within walking distance and shinsegae was just 3 train stop away

During my recent stay at the Grand Josun Busan Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service and top-notch facilities. The best location with panoramic view of beautiful Haeundae beach. The services were superb with Korean hospitality. Staffs of all levels were so welcoming. My room was upgraded to corner suite with 3 side full glass windows. The moment I stepped inside I was mesmerized and out off words with the great ocean views. Room was luxurious and comfortable. Good cool air conditioning and I was able to adjust the flow of the fan, great WiFi, strong water flow, great housekeeper service. The breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients. I didn’t use the pool but saw it was nice. The area around the hotel was perfect for walking either along the coast or to other tourist attractions by subway that only less than 10” away.

Location was great. The hotel is very well kept and clean. The indoor & outdoor swimming pool was very nice and useful in bad weather.

We booked a room for 4 people, 2 children and 2 adults and only had 1 king sized bed. This was mentioned at the time of booking but we were unable to get an extra duvet or covering without paying 30,000 KRW per night. Food in general at the hotel was pricey, as were drinks which varied hugely in cost from one restaurant to another when they were all next to each other. All of which does not give a feeling of good value for money.

- Comfortable large bed, choice of tempur firm pillow, - Clean, simple elegant decor throughout and beautifully lit - Super convenient location right on/overlooking Haeundae beach and within 2mins walk to Haeundae shopping/eating area - very nice location right next to the beach that you can walk along on clear sunny days - Pools and gym on 6F were pleasant. Not too busy when we went so that was nice but the outdoor pool is small and can imagine it can get busy and full easily. Noted, bathrobes are in room only but they give out towels to guests. - Free facilities on 8F, including a microwave, 2x washing machines, 2x tumble dryers (separate to washing machine) and a wide good range of baby items the hotel lends to guests - Breakfast at Aria lounge was pleasant and beautiful Patisserie shop too - Hotel staff were extremely attentive and friendly, including concierge who helpfully took care of our bags/luggage/doors/taxi, etc.

Few finishing touches in order to give it the 10/10 but doesn't take away from our great stay, are as follows: - Washing machine/dryer often are used, plus the tumble dryer takes at least 2-3h to dry half load of clothes which is far too long - On check in, the staff showed his attention to detail of our booking which we appreciated, vs on check out due to the many people checking out on weekend it was just a simple pay and leave. In 5 star hotel, you would expect at least 'how was your stay and hope to see you again.' - Shower head pressure was strong but was also bursting out from the top and hitting the ceiling, which is odd... looks like a faulty shower head - Lifts are a little slow, especially when there was an event but there was staff manning the lifts to smooth things out

Ocean view is spectacular! The staff is just out of this world - professional, courteous, very helpful, and accommodating to our needs. Property is extremely clean, luxury and have all the amenities you need. Has a cafe, restaurant, bar, bakery, gym, sauna, pool. If you want to see all the luxury cars pulling in, this is the place. I've seen Rolls and all the rest. But cab is everywhere and easy to catch. Or ask front desk to reserve a ride. Nearby beach has more places to explore around and good diners. Yacht or cruise rides are close by, along with other places to visit and things to do. Location is great.

Pool is small. Ocean is easily accessible, however, not easy to dust or shower off the sand to re-enter the property. There is a air gun in a hidden corner near the front entrance of the hotel. Rear entrance was closed at the time of our visit.

The best location of any hotels with nice modern decor throughout. Beautiful indoor, outdoor pool, excellent gym setup, all with views. Having a convenience store and starbucks inside the hotel was great. Service level of all staff was top notch.

Rooms were on the smaller side with some road noise coming through. Chair makes a scraping sound against the floor when you move it, and you can clearly hear when people above you move it. Breakfast was great but at 60k won, you really have to deliver on every dish. E.g. bulgogi was very tough and there were no real dishes that had the wow factor with maybe the exception of french toast which was excellent.

The staff were friendly, the location of the hotel and swimming pool views.

The lift waiting times were long. Luckily we were on the top floor so the lift was empty when we got in, but for the other floors there seemed to be an endless queue due to lifts being full by the time they got to their floor. The lift was always cramped with people. Also the swimming pool was extremely busy with no adults only section. I was disappointed with the sauna amenities as I wore my swimsuit in there one day with no issues and the next day I was told by staff I couldn't use the sauna because I wanted to keep my swimsuit on, which was contradicting to my previous days experience.

It was a very beautiful property. It felt very opulent and designer. Very clean, comfortable and incredible location, right on the beach and near the main area of Haeundae Beach. They got our rooms opposite each other as our request was adjoining as we travelled with teen kids. The rooms were very well designed and very comfortable. The staff were very accomodating and explained things well. When leaving we needed a BIG taxi to accomodate all 4 of us and our 4 suitcases and the staff there strategically called aimed for a SUV and helped us pack our suitcases in to fit. We really appreciated their help. The pool area is amazing!! the view from the pool area is incredible, again very luxe.

The ground floor deli area is take away only. It felt a little odd to order and there was not seating. Better to go to Starbucks on the 4th floor, there is a lot of nice seating there and still part of the property.

The location is fantastic and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We inquired about tours and there are no real offerings to tailor, just 2 standard group tours. But a young man from the reception team (Jason?) sat down with us and a map and pencilled in all the places we should visit. It was great! We had a city view room first, which can be a bit loud at night and switched to an ocean view room later, which was perfect. We didn’t try the restaurant but the bar has amazingly fresh fish & chips and great Korean tartar.
