Pure perfection! This hotel is an oasis of joy and relaxation. The facilities are a little bit outside of Puerto Jimenez, which renders a feeling of entering a retreat. The distances to the small city/village center are walkable; optionally, bikes are rented out at the hotel. Everything was simply perfect: staff, breakfast, gym, luxurious room, amazing pool, very affordable room service. The staff helped with booking tours to the nearby Corcovado National Park and provided information on other activities like night tours and kayaking; additionally, information about (public) transport was also given at any time.

No complaints about the hotel per se. The surrounding beaches are clearly Pacific coast with rocks and pebbles and can not compete with Caribbean sand beaches. A holiday in Puerto Jimenez is not a classical beach holiday, but rather an active vacation with lots of wild life and exciting ventures.

This property is a 10/10 in terms of location, facilities, staff, you name it! The grounds were beautifully kept and boasted a ton of wildlife including Squirrel, Capuchin, and Howler Monkey's. We saw Macaws fly overhead every morning at the pool and were constantly surprised by Hummingbirds and different lizards. The food and drinks at the pool/restaurants were great. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious for us to keep all of clothing and personal items safe. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating and helped us to plan travel and excursions.

The restaurants on the property are expensive compared to the surrounding town but the food was great nonetheless.

It’s a beautiful place, good location, rooms as well as grounds are spic & span. Staff are super friendly. It has a lovely pool area, and a very well equipped, spacious gym.

1. It is rather expensive, both food and lodging. Room prices in the high season around X-mas are even prohibitive. 2. The peace at the pool side gets disrupted every day at 12:00 or so, when the volume of a disco beat coming from a little refreshment stall is pumped up, blasting a very limited pop repertoire. It seems it’s trying to outdo the relatively quiet music coming from the restaurant - which is debilitating if you’re in the middle.I saw nobody enjoying, let alone dancing to it. After somebody asked to turn it off, it came on again after half an hour. Why on earth? Everybody who wants to listen to music prefers his/her own selection in ear phones anyway nowadays. So please let others enjoy the tranquility!

The Staff are exceptional. Marcel and Kennia were absolutely outstanding. The slogan "where luxury rums wild" hits the nail on the head. Such a fantastic resort. Many animals to see. The resort is placed im the middle of creeks, nature. The gym has everything you can wish for. The food is divine. The beach is nice, we took long walks there. The boat transfers is about a 5 minute ride

Having to pay extra if you want a coffee other than filter coffee. For nearly 400usd a night i guess they could include cappuccino etc.. with the breakfast. More fruit to take yourself at the breakfast. It is a hilton chain. So you get charged for just about everything. Be aware

The price I paid for one room with 2 beds and no breakfast was relatively expensive for the value. The meals at the hotel are very expensive. It is always better to book a room that includes breakfast. For example: breakfast costs $30 including taxes and service. Dinner $60 for one. The hotel shows prices of the meals and cocktails without the tax and without service and this causes customers to be misled.

Loved everything about the stay. The location is incredibly beautiful, the hotel is in the middle of nature. The design is very modern, yet simple. The room is big and the pillows are great. The pool is just amazing and so are the lounge chairs and canopies by the pool. they even have sun lotion and aftersun lotion by the pool. It is always free, as people are usually engaged in some kind of adventure. The day we left, we cancelled the tour we had planned, just to enjoy some time by the pool and did not regret it. We loved the food, we also tried the other restaurant on the property and it was really good.

A beautiful property, right in the jungle with outstanding rooms and facilities. The location was superb - right next to the airstrip and an easy walk into Puerto Jiménez. We saw and heard so much wildlife and went on a spectacular night hike with Osa Wild. The pool area was great and the trails around the grounds were also wonderful. Food and drink was quite expensive, but we could cater for ourselves when we wanted to as we had kitchen facilities in our room.

A complete surprise. The property is so well maintained and tucked away in a location that you don’t even know it exists. And an alligator pond too!. The pool area is relaxing and has a great little bar area for drinks. Restaurant is welcoming and great food. Every single team member is just amazing. Fantastic trip.

The bed wasn’t super comfortable and the sheets not as soft as most Hiltons. But that’s the only flaw of this hotel. Oh, and if you want to go to Corcavado Park, prepare yourself for a very bumpy and adventurous drive. .

I had an amazing stay here. The staff and their attention to detail is top tier. I would definitely recommend. This is a great place to escape to with your lover or alone, like I did. Did not encounter one person who wasn't enjoying their stay. If you enjoy fishing, you will love it here, they prepare your catch for you and your party at the restaurant. Immense gratitude to Flori, Kenia, Esteban, Johan who are the definition of customer service. I'm so worried that this gem will disappear as the hotel develops and more people find it. This was a once in a lifetime trip... but I'll be back.

Room was wonderful and great value (we assume because the property is still under construction). The tours organised through the hotel (Golfo Dulce boat excursion and kayaking tour with Eno) were both really fabulous. Lovely pool and pool bar.

The restaurant is the only option on the property for dinner - food fine but very, very expensive for what it is. The hotel has a slightly impersonal feel, but that’s to be expected with a chain. Note it is still under construction - that didn’t bother us at all.
