Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, we were checked in earlier than the official time and they were very understanding. The food variety was very good and some specific buffet items were exceptional, otherwise it was fairly good. The aqua and its swimming pool were super fun, the water was warm as it was heated in winter time, they have multiple slides from which one was quite steep and fun to use, there are multiple bars around the resort which makes life easier e.g. you could get coffee or any drink right at the beach. The room was very spacious.

They only offered tea in the room, no instant or any other type of coffee, but anyways you can get coffee from any bar during their opening times. Personally I feel it's a bit too expensive for its overall service, other than that service was quite good.

I'd like to thank Ms. Dina, and Mr. Dahy for their cooperation and support during our stay, they have upgraded my room, and made me choose the room to relocate in by offering two other rooms in two different buildings. The hotel group contains three buildings ( 2 buildings for Sphinx Aqua Park ) and ( 1 building for King Tut Aqua Park) the group is wide, with wide and long passages between buildings for walking, there're flowers, and plants wherever you go. The beach is clean, but not very wide, and it has a wood roof above the beach bar, where you can enjoy the sunset and sunrise. It also has a hammock to lie in and enjoy the sun. The room in the Main building had a W O N D E R F U L sea view. There're three restaurants, the main restaurant in King Tut building, and it has varities of food, mostly matching the different diet styles. The hotel management had generously invited us to a special dinner in one of the three Restaurants ( ISIS Restaurant) where we had a very nice dinner as we've enjoyed our delicious Shrimp rolls appetizer, a sweet/sour chicken plate, and a grilled beef plate. Soups, sausages, and duck meat, were G R E A T !! The food quality is acceptable, and it's OK for a "4" star hotel. The hotel's pool was big, clean, with cool activities, and a pool bar. The hotel's entertainment team and most of the staff are mainly focusing on the Russian language, not the English, and I understand that as most of the residents are Russians.

Some food types weren't refilled when finished, Fruit was limited to 2 or 3 kinds. The Aqua Park is good, but small. The restaurant cups were plastic, and needed to be washed very well The room's shower needed slight fixes ( like fixing the water shower holder) The door of the room's balcony couldn't be locked ( given that our child stayed in the room ) Room's lighting was not so bright, it was indirect Every time I tried to use the phone service, the line was busy. The LCD TV in the room needed to be wider. Finally, I enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel for visitors who wanna visit Hurghada.

No much variety in the food however the quality is OK Not easy to find seats on the beach

We moved here because first hotel was unacceptable. They were amazing and went above and beyond from start to finish. My husband had a stroke and their response was above and beyond. Staff constantly showed us care and compassion and extended our stay being as helpful as possible. The rooms are great, cleaned ro very high standard daily. Food was varied and service above and beyond. We were so well looked after and cared fi. Can't thank them enough. Made a very difficult time much easier. Checking we had eaten after hospital visits and constantly asking if anything we need. Even offered to visit my husband in hospital in their own time.
