the breakfast was fabulous! and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - it was almost like a disney movie, they anticipated needs, offered refreshments. they even decorated my sister's room for her birthday as a surprise - this was a big deal since it was the first birthday since my mom's passing, and the staff printed out photos of us all as family. my sister wept, it was really moving. i've never had a hotel experience where the staff were so caring and thoughtful before.

i really can't think of anything. we did the spa, it was lovely, i got a massage that was amazing. really couldn't have done anything better.

We were pretty blown away by the entire experience here. The staff remembers your name, there is a MUSEUM on the first floor, the rooftop is beautiful, and the rooms are very stylish and comfortable. They are not joking about their luxury hotel status, and they deserve it.

I did book at the last minute, so I'm happy to forgive them for this but I had booked requesting two twins and we received a queen and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable but I also didn't complain. I'm POSITIVE that if I had said anything, they would have changed the situation but we were happy. Also, because I was traveling with a friend, the bathroom situation was a little awkward. The shower is just open and there's no door to separate the room so we had to make sure we didn't look in that direction when we needed privacy.

Breakfast was excellent! Really nice. The rooftop pool was refreshing, and the rooftop in general was a nice spot to hang out. The spa was great, I used the sauna and shower, and I also got a lovely massage. The staff was wonderful and responsive.

The layout of the room is a bit silly in some places - the outlets for example, one of which you could not use if the closet door is open. The light switches were also really confusing, it seemed like they turned on/off differently every night.

Fabulous location, hotel decor and facilities first class. Staff , welcoming, very friendly and efficient, top notch all round . Roof top pool and bar fantastic

Didn’t love the two single beds put together especially in a suite but I know that’s not unique to this hotel.

We loved the staff. They were all so professional and friendly. The Asian restaurant was amazing. The quality of drinks on the terrace were great. The beds were comfy, good linens and towels. The shower was good and all amenities were provided. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant. We found the location perfect.

While the room itself was beautiful, the walls were thin and there was a lot of street noise. The bathroom was a little dark and no vanity mirror. There was a conference on one of our days which meant service on the terrace was extremely slow. The smell of the hotel is specific. While I enjoyed it, others may be bothered by it. The gym was limited but cute.

Great location staff was exceptional and really enjoyed roof top bar

Only problem was having our bag stolen just outside front doors of the hotel

The hotel is beautiful and has so many gorgeous statues and interesting artefacts. The staff were amazing and always went above and beyond and very attentive. We had a room for 3 people and the room had an amazing split level bedroom upstairs.

Our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and made it very slippy getting to the wc. Bedroom window couldn’t be opened and if you don’t like traffic sounds, then this isn’t the hotel for you: pool area is good but hardly any shade!

It’s the third time my family and friends have stayed in Barcelona at the Hotel Claris It has been perfect all three times It’s Roomy and comfortable A great central location The pool and rooftop is a wonderful Oasis. Probably our favorite thing Staff is always professional A perfect Stay When in Barcelona we will always stay at Hotel Claris Made a mistake once stayed elsewhere was no comparison

On my second stay I forgot my favorite traveling boots I called they found them I was told to email instructions to have them mailed back to me I did no one ever RESPONDED recently i wanted give cc information to have them mailed back no response I had my kids stay there at this point they were told they no longer had them Was very disappointed expected a better response considering the caliber and high quality of the service when at the hotel

Loved the spa, and how accommodating the staff was. The rooftop terrace was great and La Terraza for my birthday dinner either friends was incredible!

For the price point, the room had terrible lighting, especially in the bathroom. The shower had terrible water pressure, and what was supposed to be one large bed were to single beds pushed together and without a supporting larger box spring below them so the bed kept separating in the middle. We also had to ask for our bags to be delivered to our room more than once.
