You get a nice room for the money with bath robes, slippers and all. The king bed was comfortable. It was clean. The only worry was the bathroom floor looked slippery when wet but that is why you get slippers. The staff was very nice, the bell boy Alex was very helpful and friendly. The staff is international. The woman at the front desk was from Algeria, the bell boy when we left was from Italy and in the restaurant the very nice waitress was from the Dominican Republic. The buffet was excellent. I had a very nice salad ( good to have some greens) multiple cheeses, fruits and I requested poached eggs that were perfect, the coffee was not from make it yourself machine. It was a good coffee.

I thought it was closer to the airport. And they do not have a shuttle.

the room was clean and quite spacious, with a beautiful view and within walking distance of the metro station, so we got to the center in half an hour and in ten minutes by taxi to the airport.

We were surprised that the swimming pool was closed, which was one of the criteria for our hotel selection and was not mentioned when booking. Our second criteria was the gym, which was also a disappointment for us. And we were most disappointed with the sky bar, from which there is a beautiful view, but the cocktails were average and rather overpriced. The entire equipment would need reconstruction and especially the replacement of the carpet, which was so dirty that we stuck to it.

I was extremely fortunate to have discovered this hotel. Slightly off the area of popular tourist attractions, this hotel offers high quality of the Hyatt brand at a very good price, compared to those hotels nearby tourist attractions. The spacious parking lot, the spaceship-shaped club on the roof-top, and the spacious swimming pool, gym, and sauna. It offers the best views although you stay on a low floor, which is higher than the highest floor of four-star hotel. The rooms are basically well-organized, offer at least 30 square meters, and offer a large bathroom and a large bed, making guests much more relaxed.

If you want to stay in Barcelona for a short time and see many tourist attractions, you can feel the distance to the tourist attraction because Barcelona is wide.( I stayed here for 8 nights and 9 days )

Located close to the airport but enough distance away that the noise from the airport was not an issue. We had use of the club room which was a lovely space to have drinks and snacks. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and had a very professional attitude. Our room was spacious and very well equipped and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and large. Breakfast was adequate for us and a good quality. Close enough to the centre but a taxi is needed and in busy times can take 30 mins or so journey time. A train station is close but we did not use this so maybe a better option to try rather than a taxi. We would highly recommend this hotel to people looking to stay close to the airport.

There was a conference taking place which meant some areas were very busy in the hotel. This did not impact on our stay too much because we had the use of the club room which was quiet & peaceful - it could potentially be a negative for non club room guests. Everything else was really good.

I really enjoyed this hotel! The staff was helpful, and I attended a conference at the hotel on the day I checked out, so my belongings were kindly waiting for me in the hotel's luggage storage until I was free! I also liked the mattress on the bed, and the blankets and pillows were perfect! I'm also a fan of huge TVs, so this hotel was a paradise for me haha

I came to the room with my own water from Mercadona, but there was no free water in the room. I don't know if this is normal, but there were many paid drinks

What a beautiful hotel. Very luxurious, with incredible views. The king size room was beyond my expectations - black marble bathroom with double sinks, extensive windows to showcase the mountain view from the 21st floor, super comfy bed. Everything we could have hoped for and more. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Also appreciated the late checkout (12pm) so we could enjoy every single minute.

It has been criticised for its location (far from city centre) but for us, that also meant close to the airport (9 mins by bus). So that actually felt like a positive. We got the metro into city centre, which was a 10 min walk from hotel then approx. 30 mins (with one change), to the Sagrada.

the place is amazing

by mistake they charge me double and by the time they fixed it i nearly lost my flight because of the reception staff. after that I request invoice in my company name and i receive it in the name. (made the request twice - one via booking during the reservation and 2 during the stay at the reception). Whats the point to make this request if no one pay attention to. Now i had to request the invoice the 3rd time. The restaurant was very good, the food tasty but a little bit salty. Thanks to mr Ali, that made our stay amazing. The barista from skyfall bar it was to bitter and not the drink. The location is truly amazing, we did enjoy our stay but maybe some training with the satff will help.

The staff at the HRBCN are absolutely wunderful. We only had one encounter with a female employee controlling the entry door to the 4th floor breakfast room. We arrived 10 minutes before the 10:30 am closing but, she would not allow us to enter due to the pending close. Not how things werk in America! Other than that, I have nothing but high praise for the staff!! Our room on the 11th floor was absolutely stunning!! A king size bed that you can get lost in. A nice sitting area. A beautiful bathroom area and marvelous shower. Bathrobes and slippers .. great pool area and the Axis Bar area with a huge TV screen was a great place to watch the Olympics. I mean hey .. I did not want to leave!! And if you have a little daring .. try a Carlis Especial .. not on the menu .. aa mescaline margarita .. olé!!

Ordered a pizza from room service. Said it would be 30-40 minutes. After 90 minutes we called to check on it - they said it would be right there. Upon delivery we were told they had taken it to the wrong room and didn't know where it belonged until we called again - but they brought the originally made pizza so it was not fresh at all. Cheese was hard. Not edible really.

I liked the concept of the room - entering to the mini hall, then doors to the toilet and bathroom. I specially appreciated toliet sepatated from the shower. Two washbasins were a luxury,too. Spacious closet with plenty of space for the clothes. The room itself was adequate, I appreciated the sofa next to the bed. The TV was large but I didn´t use it. The minifridge was OK, I just wuld expect from a 5* hotel a free bottle of water or fizzy drink, not so expensive as it was. The hotel os close to the metro station which is perfect. I admired luxurious breakfast with a lot of options to choose from.

I would expext from a 5* hotel clean windows everywhere. The windows were so dirty all around the hotel. Awful. The wifi was sometimes not working well, got stuck a lot and was very slow. I got the room 1102, just next to the elevators which was rather noisy. The restaurants were so expensive.The towels were not clean, there were red spots on the towels.
