We were collected from the airport really quickly. The hotel is lovely and clean. Our room was on the top floor and was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were nice. There was plenty of choice for a continental breakfast and the shuttle to the airport was really efficient and helpful. The hotel is a real treat, so close to the airport and great value for money

The staff were ok but could have been more helpful in showing us to our room or to the bar when we arrived late at night needing a hot drink. The breakfast was amazing but the staff were very slow to clear tables and refresh items for the buffet. Non of this however would stop us from staying again as the hotel is really very nice, clean and the room was amazing. Overall very happy.

Large, spacious, well designed and well furnished room. Large, spacious and nice hotel, everything spotlessly clean. Playground and football field as part of the hotel - everything works and even footballs provided. Great restaurant - best hotel breakfast I had in Spain, amazing value for money, tasty and generous. Great dinner (especially the 'Pilgrim's deal', 29 Euros for a fantastic 3-course menu choice including wine - everything high quality, generous and bottomless), again amazing value for money.

Not an attractive location - only close to the airport and the Camino - so not of much interest unless you need the airport (my case) or you're a pilgrim (as it's literally on the Camino). Or you just want to be away from anything and everythng :)

excellent location and very easy airport pickup. very convenient and comfortable for an airport stay - just what we needed at the end of a long day and our car rental company was walking distance down the road the next morning - excellent. Shower was powerful and spacious, everything very clean and well maintained.

the bed sheets and duvet cover didn't fit the bed and tangled up in the night. everything else just perfect

Ruta Jacobea is a wonderful hotel. The room we had was modern, spotless and very spacious. The location is excellent for Santiago - it's on a bus route. What made our stay so special for us was the hospitality of the staff. They were all extremely helpful - for example in providing transport to and from the airport at any time of the day or night. in my opinion, it's a lot better than its 3 stars.

Really nice and comfortable and friendly hotel very convenient to Santiago airport just about 5 minutes away situated in a little ability in village with a few restaurants and bars and within walking distance of the hotel but the hotel has an excellent restaurant anyhow and should not be overlooked and really enjoyed staying here and enjoying the facilities

Shuttle bus collected us from the airport direct to the hotel where booking in was like clockwork. Bed was enormous and comfortable. After a good continental breakfast the friendly staff gave me directions where to collect my hire car.

We arrived late as our flight was delayed, when we arrived we where met by lovely gentleman who checked us in swiftly and also went above n beyond and made us sambo. Room was fabulous, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

A real hotel with common spaces to enjoy, like shaded outdoor seating areas, a bar, cafe, snd a very nice restaurant. Perfect place after Camino—quiet, off the beaten path—a great place to reflect on my Camino experience! Rooms are spacious. AND it offers a free shuttle to the airport. Helpful staff, many of whom speak English.

Somewhere dated, but that didn’t affect my stay here at all.

Excellent location near the airport. Easy to arrange pick up and drop off from the airport. The hotel has a fantastic, large outside area. We had a lovely meal and breakfast was good. The hotel is beautifully clean and always had a lovely fresh smell. The staff were fantastic. We returned a few days later whilst walking the Camino and had a lovely reception and tapas and drink.

We were very happy - nothing to note here.

This is my third stay here in the last 10 years. It is only a few meters off the Camino de Santiago about 10km from the Cathedral. It is a wonderful location for your last night on the Camino making a short last walk to the Cathedral for the noon Pilgrims Mass. The hotel is also near the airport and offers a shuttle to and from the airport.
