Convenient, staff were courteous and helpful.

The door was broken.It looked like someone previously tried to open it with force. Hacked in opening it that left a damage on the door lock and hinge. I hope the maintenance dept.get to fix it. Also, we noticed that the staff that was preparing food was wearing gloves while cleaning the tables and counters during breakfast and handling food at the same time, it was unsanitary. They should be mindful of handling food and proper hygiene to avoid contamination.

Stopped for the night on our way to Orange Beach. I thought I accidentally left my dirty clothes, I called to see if they were there, they shipped them to my daughter and it was there the next day, she washed them and brought them to me when she flew down for the last part of the trip. Great service and very friendly staff.

Was in town for a concert and was pleasantly surprised on how close it was to the amphitheatre! Was able to walk down a little path behind the hotel without having to walk down the road by traffic. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is stocked up with Dove products (shampoo/conditioner/body soap/hand soap/lotion). The outdoor area has two big grills, tables, fire pit, and two giant connect 4 games for kids. The lady that checked us in was super friendly and welcoming.

Pool was a little cloudy. Not sure if they just put chemicals in it or if it was due for a cleaning. Bed was a little lumpy.

The location was awesome. Near all the restaurants. It was on a main road in the city. The room was spacious, clean and my husband was pleased which is hard. Will find an excuse to return.

The air in the elevator may have been out but overall this hotel was very nice.

Clean room, comfort bed, decent breakfast- kids loved the indoor pool and very nice staff.

Our room was on the first floor which was a bad idea. During our first night , we had to inform the receptionist three times about the guest above our room due to the noise (running and jumping). We had no issues the next night.

The cleanest hotel I have stayed at in years and I am an avid traveler. The staff was A+, the breakfast was good, the room was spotless, parking was easy, the shower head had remarkable water pressure.

The beds was uncomfortable.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Facility was clean. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Hotel and rooms were well remodeled, however you can still tell it was an older hotel structure. Really can't do anything about that and not really a deal breaker.

We love the friendliness of the staff, Tia greeted us and when she explained there pool was not open, it was upsetting it was $219 a night for nothing but breakfast, but she made a call and we went to swim at another location.

The pool was under maintenance and closed and it was not mentioned on the internet when booking our room, and very expensive for no extras..

Unfortunately this wasn't a pleasure trip or a work trip. Family stuff so I'm really not the best judge of it. But the lady at the counter was really nice when we checked in

The staff member checking us in was wonderful. The breakfast staff as well. The bed was also very comfortable.

We were assigned a handicap room which made the bathroom a wet mess after a shower. Also the bathroom needed a good cleaning with bleach.
