We were in town for a sports event, and the Inn was within 15 minutes from each of the 6 field locations, which was super convenient. Easy on & off from i65 & had multiple great eateries within a few minute drive or walk! Great breakfast every morning with good selections! The pool was perfect! The room was clean & the staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout our 9 day stay! Best bang for the buck in my opinion. Thanks!

This was an oversight on my part, but no elevator... no big deal, but after a long day, some may not enjoy walking up steps, but the somewhat scenic view from the second floor balcony made up for it.

The room was clean and spacious. Ground floor parking with plenty of parking Infront of the rooms. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Fridge, coffee pot and microwave in room. Breakfast was great every morning meat, eggs, biscuit, potatoes, dry cereal, oatmeal, grits, muffins, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, fruit and juices. Easy check in easy check out. Option of when your room was cleaned. Swimming pool was clean.

Umbrella at pool was broken, lounge chairs could be replaced

We were heading back and forth to Destin beach from Tennessee and needed a stop over for our little girl. Pelham was a great mid-point, and this Quality Inn was the perfect place for our needs. I'll admit that my favorite thing about the hotel/motel was the price. Every other place I found around Birmingham cost $50-$75 more, which could be better spent at the beach. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Our bathtub didn't have a drain stopper, but the front desk girl brought one up and installed it in the bathtub. Another great thing is the breakfast in the morning: waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, pastries, yogurt, something for everyone.

The desk chair was a bit worn out and a couple lamps need to be replaced. My wife was worried that the refrigerator wasn't cold enough when we arrived, and that our perishables would stay fresh. Personally everything seemed to be fine in the morning. The beds are a bit hard for my taste, but everything did the job.

I liked the layout of bldg. The driveway is well designed and maintained….easy to navigate to parking spaces.

Steps leading up to 2nd floor had some sort of sticky liquid that had spilled from something large. The amount of liquid was all over stairs, upstairs breezeway and at base of stairs. Tile floor in room was very dirty…it needed a good cleaning of the layer of grime. Bathroom floor had a mushy spot in front of toilet….probably due to overflowing toilet or bathtub.

The location was great. It was a 10-minute walk to Oak Mountain Amphitheater (we were in town for a concert). The breakfast was great and there were plenty of lunch and dinner options nearby. The staff was very friendly.

The room overall was pretty clean, except for the floor. The floor of our room seemed a bit sticky, and it left my feet quite dirty when I walked across it barefoot.

They did not have the reservation in their computer. They would not reach out to Booking com. I had to do this Booking com returned my call once. I paid Booking, prepaid, and had to pay at the hotel again. I felt I was not talking to someone in the U.S.. I will contact my CC company today. It's been over 36 hours since I talked to Booking. This service is not acceptable and will be expressing this on Social media. You ask and I have responded. Will you?

Not great selection for breakfast. However there is a Cracker Barrell next door. Asked for adjoining rooms which we didn't get but they were close together which was ok. They closed the pool pretty early. We weren't using it just sitting around it. They did open it early the next morning which was very nice of them. Desk folks pleasant

Loved the comfort and apartment feel of our room it was spacious and very comfortable. Also greatly appreciated the staff accommodating our needs at the last minute at check in. Overall our stay was wonderful

The tight parking due to construction crew trucks. I was in a handicapped parking spot and I had to move my car in order to load it the next morning early. I could barely get in my drivers door in order to move.

No telephone service to dial out and the phone did not tell you how to reach the front desk, I pushed a lot of buttons until i figured it out
