The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Room was clean and very comfortable. The property is well located just off the Interstate 10 with a Black Bear Diner on the property and lots of “big box” shopping areas within a block. We have a small dog and room 177 was perfectly located close to the dog area and parking. From our experience, this property should be rated higher.

Convenient to fwy; many restaurants nearby; daily breakfast, quiet room; excellent breakfast room staff

Breakfast lacked variety, no meat, no hot entrees other than waffles. Maid service for 6 night stay was unclear. Television screen seemed quite small, connection was spotty. Both bed frames were mismatched with mattresses and had protruding parts that were constantly being awkward.

Room was decorated nicely except old couch

The room was very dusty, the door and walls in bathroom were really dirty with hand prints all over. TV didn't work, microwave was fidgety, staff was really nice and friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly...And went out way check me in Early..Do to I'm used Eastern Time Zone...

Room was very clean..No issues on That note...And very quiet...Plus loved that you can park a Semi Truck at the facility...Makes easier on Drivers..

The front desk staff was great. The room had all the things we needed and wanted. The grounds were well kept. The hot tub was relaxing.

The bar was closed. The bed has small pillows. We had a dirty sheet. The jets in the hot tub didn't blow very much.

Location was next to truck stop. If I checked out location I probably would’ve booked it being a solo traveler.The pillows looked like they were already slept on. I had my own.

The breakfast was decent. The hostess was extremely helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and clean.

We were staying to attend spring training games. I do not like how much the rate increases during this time.

Breakfast for us was coffee. The staff was pleasant and cheerful, we've used the same room 3 weekends (purchasing home) and they were able to accommodate us with the same room, for pets and handicap.

Ice machine could be placed closer to the end section of the hotel but understand people would use it to fill up their coolers.

Yanna, at the front desk was the best receptionist I have ever had. I have stayed at many, many hotels, and she was far and above the most helpful, friendly, and professional. GIVE HER A RAISE! She is worth it!

The beds are comfy Staff was great. Food is the REAL HOT BREAKFAST.

Staff had a little mix-up on rooms. Our room got booked out twice. I ordered my room months in advance due to it being for a massive concert. But the staff straightened it out with no issues or concerns after we arrived.
