The location was in a nice area, local restaurants within walking distance, also stores. :)

I didn't like the location of the office, reason being there is no signage or directionals, since it's in the back of the facility it was a bit hard to find :(, also the smell of the room it smelled like old smoke. I went to the office and asked for spray, or a deodorizer and they were very helpful. I was awakened by some loud banging on the door from a room nearby, and I understand you can't control all the guest, but it was a bit startling :(

The staff was exceptional. Edwardo, Jordan, and Cory did everything possible to ensure my stay was comfortable. Food, entertainment, and shopping were all within a short walking distance. Room was clean and well maintained. I would recommend and will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself again. They even had a place to park my 18 wheeler.

I would’ve liked more breakfast choices like the waffles I’ve had at other Best westerns.

This place used to be a dump.I was pleasantly surprised at the turn around of this place. The rooms are remodeled. The place was clean and quiet. I saw no comings and goings by the druggies who used to stay here. This place has made a 180 degree turn around! Kudos to the owners and staff.

The mattress was a little sub standard. Or maybe I am spoiled as I sleep on a very expensive Sleep Number bed at home.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the quick improvements since our last stay. We recommended this hotel to all our relatives that were travelling in the area, and will be sure to stay here again if we're in the vicinity.

The only reason we don't give it 10 stars is because the breakfast is not the best. We've stayed at different Best Westerns and they typically offer eggs, bacon, potatoes and other items for breakfast. This is more of a snack bar since there aren't muffins or decent sized danishes to even call it continental breakfast.

The room smelled nice, was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very pleasant.

No chairs for sitting were available in the room, which I found odd. Only place to sit was on the bed, which is inconvenient when trying to eat. Would have preferred at least a small table and 2 chairs. There was plenty of room for that in the room.

The breakfast buffet doesn’t offer a better variety of food there was only hard boiled eggs, no fruit, no pancake or waffle makers. The jacuzzi had dirt in it and no water at all the pool did not look clean

Everything was very clean and neat. There was even an ironing board and iron in the room! There was also a coffee maker, a small microwave and a small refrigerator. The two different men in the reception area were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate, with hard boiled eggs, yogurt and other breakfast items.

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy, but I was told that it was being addressed.

The employees there is very helpful.

Love the Breakfast, the hospitality, especially cleaning of the rooms thank you for a clean room. I would Lodge indeed while in Fairfield.

It's nice and quiet the breakfast could offer more than coffee and bagels, cold cereal, and get a waffle maker offering better fresher fruit is a plus !!!

The same old breakfast meal needs to update the morning breakfast room better choices !!(

Tv not getting signal so we were moved to a second room. Key card stopped working had to get them redone. Breakfast could use a few more items. Overall, it's a good value though.
