The room was very large and clean. I also appreciate the daily housekeeping. Lovely hotel, and staff.

The mattress on the bed should be updated. Also was not a fan of being charged $25 a day for first come first serve parking. That's just nickel and diming people. Hot tub was just luke warm. Also people should be aware that not only is there a $25/day parking fee, but there is also a $150 security deposit. I didn't see these charges when I booked on the booking.com site.

Breakfast was good. Minimal but that was perfect. I heard they are no longer having complimentary breakfast. But thanks to Booking I had one.

The room said City View. I don't know if that meant parking lot? I didn't see the city.

To not have free parking was kind of strange and it was expensive as well.

Everything, we love staying at Indian Wells Resort, we love the front lobby, the live music as we check in, warm welcoming staff, the decor and surrounding. our room was awesome, walk out to our patio and our car parked in front, easy access. swimming pool, staff very warm and friendly, been coming to this Hotel 34 years, my wife and I celebrate our anniversary every year, thank you for giving us the best memories and kindness, now our children stay here and soon to be our grandchildren, our home away from home.

Our toilet did not flush well, we called the front desk the phone did not work, we walked to the front desk and informed them of the maintenance issue, the warm kind staff apoligized all the staff left for their shirt, have to wait till the morning, I had to drive to 24 CVS and purchased a plunger, then found out if was no clogged, slow flush, morning came, maintenance was informed, we left and returned and the problem was still the same, find out the maintenance crew did not respond to our request, finally they arrived as we went to swim, returned problem the same, finally we decided to walk to the front lobby to use the bathroom remaining time of our stay, for their were no rooms available due to full house

That it wasn’t over crowed and we didn’t have to worry about sensitive guest or staff . Backstory we were at another hotel think called umni emni something like that . Anyways ig that’s where all the snob and stuck up rich people go . U try and be friendly and they get offended and tell staff ur harassing them. But I saved a lil girl that was going under and dad that was at least 20-30 feet away saw ( who lets their 6 yo that far out of ur site ) me a mom of 5 grabbed her and helped her on her raft and dad FLIPPED TF OUT .anyways this place is awesome. No problems guests were awesome staff was awesome.

The breakfast is not complementary it’s 15.99 even if u just want a banana and orange juice and they don’t even have anything that I saw worth buying for that much . Oatmeal bananas cereal orange juice coffee and muffins

The nightly entertainment was spectacular. That in and of itself is worth the stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area is well maintained and the view of the golf course and mountain makes it even more wonderful. The front desk is polite enough with staged and scripted answers but the one that stood out with excellent customer service was David. He went out of his way to make sure that our first stay at IW Hotel was outstanding.

The walls and ceiling are thin therefore making noise an issue especially if your'e on the 1st floor. The in-room coffee selection could be better. It's extremely weak even if you put two packs into the coffee well. There are many different delicious selections available out in the market...just saying? In addition to in-room coffee, perhaps offering a FREE coffee kiosk in the lobby to your guests with freshly made coffee on the hour might be an option? Good source of engaging excellent customer service and a good review!

Excellent location next door to the primo dinner/ show in the Coachella Valley.

The hotel slipped in a parking fee when we checked out. It was not mentioned before.

Only stayed 1 night. But very pleasant experience. Place was super clean and comfortable. Very quiet too.

Totally willing to except additional days, girls at the continental breakfast where very on top of their job ams where very attentive. Room servers where great but the "pizza' and chicken wings were very lack luster, the pizza looked straight out of a box and tasted like the box as well, chicken wings were very dry.Had eggs Benedict in the am and they were delicious.

Parking fee? Really? Come on people try not squeezing every dime out of your guests.. I noticed the cleaning ladies knock way before it's checkout time as well, kinda rude buy face to face the ladies are nice and helpful.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I checked in behind a disgruntled guest regarding $25 parking fee that he didn’t see on the reservation. I think with your rate to add a $25 fee to park is a great deal. Most places charge 40-100 to park in Northern Ca so I was all over $25 bucks to park. Keep the rates low to accommodate a parking fee each and everyday! I appreciate the low rate and have no problem with a $25 parking fee.

Can’t control the pot smokers just would be nice if they could respect not everyone likes it. The sheets I am not sure if they are just scratchy feeling or starched but I like soft sheets. Love your pillows!
