Close location to universal, great breakfast choices, friendly and helpful staff, including the cleaning staff. The dining room staff ladies are great! They move around the dining area to clean and refill breakfast options. One of them noticed my mom was squished in a corner of our table and stopped by to tell us the table could be moved to allow more space. She moved the table for us. Gentleman who is in sheets/cleaning area was always willing to help to replenish towels and extra toiletries. Excellent front desk staff was always welcoming.

One of the front desk staff, a middle-aged man, was not very cordial. One evening that I stopped by for clean towels, he did not answer me just walked me to area where someone else helped me. I felt front desk staff should be willing to talk and address customer concerns. All other staff was great.

We liked the friendliness and speed of the Employees especially Alyson and the care into our room and for our car. Room was clean and big just needed some updating of some of the small stuff like outlets and stuff. Parking was interesting but worked.

Before going we called ahead for questions about our room and a male employee was being a lil snappy and rude in answering them. Also parking could use some work like a bigger lot or something.

Good spacious room with sofa, microwave and refrigerator. Great location for the Burbank airport and several attractions. Also fast food and gas stations nearby

Reception area that is separate from entry for rooms. It wasn’t real clear where to go on arrival. Also, tandem parking in garage— one car behind another. It worked out ok, but it worried me that someone would park behind us and keep us from leaving for the airport in the morning

The hotel is in a good position. We had two rooms and one of it was very close to the elevator so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was good with good choice of food.

At our arrival, they charged me $ 10 per night per room for service fee. This was not mentioned on the my booking reservation nor on the hotel website. The employee at the lobby told me that the fee was inducted a few weeks earlier by his manager. Upon our check out, I insisted that it was not mentioned anywhere and that it was therefore unfair to charge for it. So I was refunded.

My stay was really nice!! The staff was very professional, polite and welcoming. Breakfast was at a perfect time. It was very clean and well kept. The beds and pillows were so soft and comfy! I wish I would’ve had time to experience the heated pool. The balcony was a nice surprise.

I was unaware of paying for parking but it is what it is.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly, polite and on point especially during breakfast. The parking was great and organized well. Rooms were clean, comfortable and overall it was a great experience staying here.

No negative comments for the stay.

the space of the room, bathroom was a very nice size to move around in, clean beds and everything was very nice. I will definitely come again. oh and the l9bby and breakfast area was really nice as well. you got to sit with others if no space always available at certain tables

I don't have any complaints at all

Great location to Universal Studios and had ample amount of towels and bedding. The pool was clean and so was the room. The continental breakfast was nice and had the basic breakfast foods. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The water drained very slowly in the shower. The sofa bed was very loud and two of the 3 ice makers didn’t work.

Spacious, comfortable room, clean, good location for Universal and into downtown LA, very convenient grocery store opposite. Breakfast plenty and good, breakfast staff always present, cleaning up and making sure all is stocked up.Quite, felt safe. All staff very friendly, helpful and smiling. We had a great stay and would defo recommend.

The only thing I need to criticise is the use of plastic cups and cutlery in the breakfast room

The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast setup. It worked for our group. I only grabbed a bagel and cream cheese.

The elevator location was a bit scary. Have to leave out of the reception area and enter through another door to the elevator.
