The staff member who serves us is excellent. They keep everything clean and organized. the Coffee Machine it's Excellent. The reception staff is excellent because they provide immediate solutions.

A) Breakfast: 1: Tuesday's breakfast was good, but the quality of the eggs was terrible. They didn't taste good. Everything else was tasty. 2: Wednesday's breakfast was terrible. It was just potatoes, potatoes, and more potatoes, with some sausages. B) Room: I'm staying for 2-3 days due to a trip. Sometimes the pillows in my room smell bad (like sweat or dirt).

We appreciated the value the hotel provided. It was convenient to the downtown area and saved us the premium rates we would have had if we were closer to the downtown district. Clean, comfortable, superb hot breakfast... We are pleased with our experience at the hotel. Parking was free and plentiful.

It's hard to fault anything at the hotel or our stay. I do think management could do a better job of enforcing the pool access to guests only. We didn't use the outdoor pool and there are certainly worse things than Mom sitting in the car watching her two kids play in the pool. If this is as bad as it gets, this hotel remains a gem.

The suite was clean and spacious They had various choices for breakfast at the buffet ..really enjoyed the breakfast 😋

The mattress on the sofa was a bit uncomfortable. Room service was inadequate. On one occasion I borrowed their broom and dustpan and swept the room myself. I also had to keep asking for clean towels. No one was rude but...didn't get that Southern hospitality like some of the other guests..not sure why

The friendliness and attention of the reception were very welcoming after a long days drive. This hotel lives up to its reputation. I am very glad that my husband and I had the chance to experience it. What I loved the most was the care that the housekeepers gave to the rooms and bathroom. The ladies who prepare breakfast and attend the dining area do a great job. The food is prepared and put out with much care. I hope to stay there again.

I can't think of a thing that I didn't like.

The front desk staff is excellent,,, friendly AND efficient, especially Eugeniia(aka Jane). She was helpful to me when I needed to patch together several reservations. I was quite frazzled, needing a place after Hurricane Helene. Also, she helped me with the computer/printer for the insurance Co. documentation. The cleaning staff on the 3rd floor also are welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and staffed. I am grateful. Thank you.

Zero problems... everything has been great.

Location was great, staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean and comfortable, great breakfast. I initially somehow chose the wrong date (off by a few days) I called and spoke with Octavia who was on the ball and told me she would call me back as soon as she could. Within the hour she called back and had my reservation switched to the correct date and she was the one that actually check us in upon arrival. Her Customer Service was outstanding!

The location was very easy to get to . The breakfast was real nice with great variety of choices. The room was real nice, we really loved the bathroom setup. The shower had great water pressure and never ran out of hot water! Loved the spacious shower with the glass doors! We also liked the placement of the elevators. You don't have to go through the lobby with everything. I also loved the curbs with each parking space to give you enough room to back in and open the back of your vehicle.

The only thing I found fault with is the parking area could have a bit more spaces. I'm not sure if the hotel was fully booked, but I got there after 9pm and the parking lot was pretty full, but I did find a spot.

Everything about this place was wonderful, but the staff was the best part. Everyone there works together to make sure all runs great and the guests are treated with exceptional professionalism. From the housekeeping staff, the hospitality ladies who put out one of the best breakfasts and the fabulous folks on the front desk, who didn't make me feel totally absent minded, when I locked my room key in the room 4 times. I believe these great people do an incredible job because they are lead by their manager, Octavia Kiser. My stay was great, and I shall sing their praises for the Best Western Plus I-385 in Greenville SC. Thanks for making me feel like family! 10 plus 🌟 for y'all.

Breakfast was good as always. Like that they also have one EV free charger on site.

Unfortunately the elevator was being upgraded during our stay. Being on the 4th floor meant getting more exercise than usual.

I don't normally think of Best Western when looking for hotels. I stumbled upon this one and it was exceptional. I booked a standard room and a suite. The suite was like having two rooms connected by a door. If you have a family in need of accommodations booking the suite is the way to go. I highly recommend this facility. Breakfast was also great as was the hotel staff. Very accommodating for my last minute. Need for a hotel room.

It was a little far from the airport, particularly with morning traffic. So plan ahead. Also, there's no restaurant on site with the closest walkable restaurant, a very expensive one.
