I liked it had coffee making facilities in the bedroom, importnat when working on the laotop computer for hourse. I am used to this in UK. Brenda the beakfastr lady was efficient & kept everyone informed when the coffee pot was being replaced, useul information when looking around for coffee. All staff both at recepton & bed changing were friendly

Sometimes I needed to remind laning people I needed more shampoo etc. A biger selection of ceral e.g. muslei would have been better

Exceptional staff. Comfortable, clean rooms. We were in town visiting family so just wanted a place to sleep...this hotel was perfect for us. Appreciated the good sized fridge and microwave.

It is a bit dated. Some easy updates like new light switches and more plugs/usb available would help. This one is more expensive but needs attention. We stayed in the ADA roll in shower room and there is no drain in the floor. Water easily escaped shower and puddled near the toilet....very dangerous. The shower head is not good for a roll-in shower...can not adjust it and it is high on the wall...should be changed to a wand or combination wand/hand held.

Was extra pleased with the way staff handled a problem when I realized I had left my pocketbook there. A quick call to the desk and a very quick response assured me that it had been found in room The lady who cleaned the room had brought it to the front desk and it was waiting there for my return. Thanks to all concerned!

Bathroom was a bit cramped and shower caused puddles on the floor even though shower curtain was tucked in.

From front desk to breakfast bar staff. The care and pride of wanting us to enjoy our stay was exceptional. Almost as if we were staying with family. You can't ask for more than that.

It was a busy travel weekend and hotel was nearly sold out. Barely enough parking. Had to park 3 doors down from our room. Expected.

The staff was extremely nice. It was easy to find and had good proximity to food venues. Nice touch for staff to supply us with a list of eateries.

The lighting could have been better, especially for putting on make-up. The building is older and needs a bit of a facelift but it was clean and good for one night.

Cleaning of the room was super poor, they went to my room when we were out and took the towels and didn’t put new ones so I have to go to the reception and ask for some and they don’t have regular towels only pools and they were little little little.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was mostly clean except the floor . The sheets were very clean.

The floor was dirty. Needed to be mopped badly. I had to wear socks the whole time, but I would stay there again. I'd just ask for the floor to be mopped. Also, we had some very Loud neighbors. That's not something you can predict or the hotel is faulted for.

The room was very comfortable and spacious and the Hotels location was centered for the areas we need to go to. Hotel had adequate parking for the hotel guest. there were plenty of meal options within a short driving distance to the hotel.

The remote control for the TV does not have a sleep timer. The bathtub rally needs to have some sort of anti slip mat, While taking a shower, I had to crap onto the rail inside the shower to keep from slipping.

Staff was great room was clean location convenient to springs for us. We would return.

Not alot of restaurants around unless you go-to Gainesville. Mostly fast food. But that's a small town have to drive to find what you want.

Location was good. Pool was clean. Rooms were very clean. The staff was awesome. Every employee we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Check in staff, room cleaning staff, the breakfast lady and the man doing repairs were all very nice.

The rooms could use a little updating.
