The breakfast was amazing! It was table service not a continental breakfast. The overall value was great with such a great breakfast included. The staff were nice and helpful. The free airport shuttle was great. This place is a great location for flying in and out of FLL or heading to the Port Everglades cruise docks.

There was a little mold in the bathroom.Not a big deal. Im sure it is very tough to keep down the humidity in south Florida.

Size of the room was great comfy bed coffee machine and fridge, large spacious shower close to the cruise port

Plastic cups at the bar no wine available plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast basic breakfast for the $16 cover charge could have been better quality

If you’re looking for a hotel close to the airport, beaches and store!! This is the hotel you should book with!!! The whole staff were awesome and very helpful!! I will definitely book again here!!! The breakfast was amazing, the room always smelled good, and the whole hotel smelled super clean every time you walked in!! Definitely 10/10!!!

There wasn’t anything I can think of that we didn’t like. Maybe the only thing was we asked for housekeeping and it almost took two days but the made sure the cleaning staff did it! So not really big deal! We had booked with another hotel before here and we stayed to nights which was so horrible and we are so grateful we found this one!!

Service was great. The front desk staff were very welcoming 😁. Unfortunately I was distracted while I was checking in after a long drive so I did not get the front desk individual that checked me in but she was great. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. Lots of choices you definitely wont leave out hungry. The beds are so comfortable my dad said he never slept better. I personally love their pillows. This hotel has a convenient location close to Hollywood casino which was the reason for our trip. Easy drive or Uber to casino and a lot cheaper in price but not in luxury.

Tracey, at the front desk, checked us in and was very helpful during our stay. We greatly appreciated her help locating the nearest pharmacy. The room was very clean, well lit and the bed was very comfortable. The room lighting was very good. The bathroom was very clean, well appointed, and well lit. Both the meal and service in the cafe were very good. Also, the meal was reasonably priced.

Pillows were softer than we preferred. The bathroom light and fan were on a single switch, not on separate ones, which we found annoying at times.

Great lobby space. Nice place to gather. The grounds are landscaped nicely. There was a mix up with the reservation through Booking.com. Receptionist did a great job explaining it it me.

I made 7 room reservations through Booking.com. All of them were set up as pay at time of check in. However 3 of them were made prepay causing confusion at check in. The receptionist worked through it but I had to collect the payment from by friends instead of them paying at check in. It was confusing and unnecessary as I booked all 7 rooms at the same time.

The front desk staff were very friendly n helpful. Luis V. In the restaurant was an amazing waiter, friendly, knowledgeable n kind. Housekeeping staff very accomodating. The hotel was very quiet for me n very walking distance to 2 shopping centers ans several restaurants n very close to the Trirail Fort Lauderdale Airport Station.

The restaurant menu although delicious could offfer a few more choices. I see a few smokers at the hotel entrance. They should smoke elsewhere.

The hotel's staff is second to none. There is a Las Vegas Cuban restaurant within walking distance of the hotel, and the food is amazing. The hotel also has a bar and grill. Breakfast is good too. The swimming pool has heated water. A few blocks from a hotel, there is a shopping mall, and a gas station is about 400 yards away. The location enables drivers to get right on the highway to Miami. The Hollywood and Dania beaches are 3–4 miles away, and it is not a big deal if you have a rent-a-car. I will plan to stay at the same place next time I visit Miami.

It was convenient to the FLL airport. There is an excellent shuttle to FLL and back. The staff is second to none in competence and kindness. There are some good places to eat nearby.

It is literally in a corner between I-95 and another busy road so it is very noisy outside. The breakfast costs $16 per person although it’s not very different from any other hotel with free breakfast.

The room was modern and had everything we needed. Bed was confortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was basic but there is a variety of food available and coffe/tea/water available 24 hours. They have a wide selection of snacks available for purchase as well. The lobby has plenty of seating when eating. Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance as well. The staff was great.
