It was a pretty well stay, room was very spacious, breakfast was decent and pool was a plus. staff was very nice and let us check in early which is very rare so we were definitely thankful for that.

our room smelled a bit like wet dog, and carpets were wet like they just shampooed minutes before we arrived. Housekeeping pounding on our door early in the morning even though we had DND on our door just to hand us a facial soap which I thought was odd, the pool had some unsupervised kids in it that was throwing clean towels in it, rocks, and trash. I let somebody know and was told someone would be sent down but 2 hours later they still hadn't sent anyone.

The room is excellent and has everything that you may need, including microwave for preparing a late night snack and a refrigerator to keep food and cold drinks always available. The shower is good, and the room has plenty of space to store your things. The hotel facilities are very clean and new, and breakfast was also very good. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, we even needed to store our luggage for a few hours before check-in, and they promptly helped us with that. Parking is free and we felt safe even at night. I do recommend the hotel and definitely will book again.

I didn't like waiting almost one hour for our room to be available. I went with a large group and we all waited. This might be selfish, but it would've been nice to have transportation to the airport without ordering an uber. We had a flight early and because shuttles don't run until a certain time we had to get an uber. It would be nice if shuttles could run earlier

Free, speedy Airport transportation, and available cruise transportation, were easily scheduled. beds were comfortable, hotel was clean and updated.

I am a Hilton Honors member; however, I use booking.com to book all of my vacations. Because of this whenever I stay in Hilton properties (which are most of my choices) I am made to feel second rate as I do not "qualify" for the free water bottles or snacks or whatever welcome items given at check-in! Actually, to the point of being rudely told in front of other "special" guests that those are not for me!

Breakfast was varied. Vegetarian options were too few. Loved the location and size of the room. The amenities provided in the rooms were excellent. Staff went above and beyond duty to assist.

Breakfast options should include more vegetarian options. Luggage carts should be larger. I requested a ground floor room due to medical reasons but this was not fulfilled. Elevator was very slow.

Excellent location. Everything needed for a vacation was in close proximity to the hotel. Breakfast options were excellent. Room was comfortable and spacious. Loved the separation curtain in the suits. Bathroom was very well situated.

Room rate could be a little less expensive. Parking is a bit tight but we were able to find parking.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we got rooms near family members. (Thank you Valerie) The rooms far exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was much better than we expected. It is a hidden gem of a place with truly exceptional staff and clean and spacious rooms.

The entire staff was more than accomidating. I was travellomg with my daughter, it's kod friendly. And since we had arrived early way before check in. The staff did their best to get us checked in early. They held our luggage, and even play moviea in the lobby. We wete booked in a different hotel near there and they were beyond rude. Made us feel uncomfortable as we waited for our room. While at the Hilton they welcomed us. The room was amazing it was huge, had a full kitchen even a dishwasher. The breakfast was the best weve had at a hotel. And it is located right around so many shops and resturants. We will definately stay thete again!

The room was far bigger than I had thought it would be with ever convenience. The front desk staff are the best I have met in a long time. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast was really quite good. We even booked a free ride back to the airport after checking out. I will definitely stay there again.

Clean and very close to the airport

The staff were amazing, very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and a large variety to choose from. Love the pool area and gym as well. Overall excellent, definitely will be back again!
