While I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, a frustrating situation arose concerning transportation to the airport. I had pre-arranged an Uber for the day prior to my check-out. Upon speaking with the receptionist, I was informed of a complimentary shuttle service, leading me to cancel the Uber and incur a $50 cancellation fee. However, when I was ready to depart with my luggage, the shuttle driver informed me that the service does not extend to the international airport, which was quite confusing and frustrating.

I didn have the chance to use the pool due to mantainance, I had to wait quite while to do the check in and the missed communication regarding shuttle.

The breakfast was more complete and varied than I expected. The room was large, the bed comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in and I appreciated a full sized fridge. We will be staying here in the future. We loved Dania Pointe, good food options close by. The hotel staff was nice and friendly, the airport shuttle on time and good service. Checkin and checkout was smooth and quick. The bar in the lobby was packed in the evening, so I imagine the food was good.

The still-frozen berries at breakfast were not edible. The bathtub was slippery to take a shower in, although the multiple grab bars were useful.

We picked the Hyatt House Hotel because of the location to everything and the amenities, but mainly the suite. We just got off a cruise (the cruise port was only like 5 miles away, I think) and got there early in the morning maybe around 10:00am and tried to do an early check-in, but nothing was available until around maybe 2:00 pm. They did however store our luggage until our room was ready. Accommodations was a 2 bedroom suite/2 bathrooms, small living room with a sleeper sofa and couch set-up, full kitchen and 3 tv's. There was 5 adults. Breakfast was pretty good compared to a lot of other hotels we slept at, but I think there could have been more hot options (bacon, pancakes, hash browns or tater tots, and mushrooms). Overall, breakfast was not bad at all. I wish the coffee and tea station was available 24/7 but it was not. We had a very small coffee maker in the room. (like single use) We flew into Orlando (MCO) from PA because the rest of the family lives in Orlando and took the Brightline train to Fort Lauderdale and then got a ride share to the hotel. .Very pleasant. I believe the Hyatt Place was right across the street also. The Hyatt House and the Hyatt Place were a very short walk to LOTS of restaurants and shops in a confined setting where you didn't really have to cross over major highways or roads to get there. The shopping area was huge! Very nice. We ate in a couple of places in that area. Hyatt House has a outdoor pool, small gym, washer and dryer area for a small coin fee, small restaurant and area to buy convenience items like eats(soda, beer, pizza, soups, etc...), and some personal items. The staff was very friendly and pleasant during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Mostly everything about the hotel was wonderful except for the young kids running around while they were trying to wait for their rooms to get ready (parents fault) and the disrespectful young teenagers who kept playing music and you tube videos loudly in the same (out the way) waiting couch area while we were trying to sleep until our room was ready. But hey, that's mostly everywhere you go. I wish they would offer the complimentary area coffee and tea, maybe juice station 24/7 as a nice perk. The coffee makers in the rooms are just way too small if you are an addicted coffee person. Overall, kudos on a nice hotel stay.

I don't really enjoy staying in hotels because it just doesn't beat being in your own home but staying here was so homey. The staff was super friendly, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the aprtment style concept of the room. I had gotten a surgery in Fort Lauderdale which is why I stayed here during recovery and they accommodated an early check in post surgery and it could not have gone more smoothly. I also loved how close it was to so many great restaurants that are walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

Room was extremely spacious, and the staff was very friendly. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the breakfast. It did have a variety, but the eggs were awful, didn’t taste like real eggs. The French toast sticks were a little soggy, and it would’ve been nice if there was oatmeal that didn’t come from a cup That you had to heat and put in the microwave. For someone with food restrictions, it also would’ve been nice to have had some Lactaid milk for cereal.

Staff was awesome. I really appreciated the shuttle service.

Shuttle service prebooking didn't seem to help any when it came to prioritizing passengers on full vans. One couple was the last to arrive downstairs, registered then, and were the first to board the shuttle, leaving others who'd been waiting for over 20 minutes to wait even longer for another shuttle. Would be nice if there was a roster or something printed from our registrations/reservations that called folks to board in the order they booked.

Room, awesome, we booked a studio suite and was impressed with the size which included a kitchen. Hotel was extremely clean everywhere!

Breakfast was horrible....Powdered tasteless scrambled eggs, paper thin bacon and limited choices of bread and no baked goods at all. Makes no sense they had hard boiled eggs that were labeled "cage free" which are more expensive but apparently too cheap to use "real" eggs for scrambled.

Transport to and from the airport was great. Trips by the hired company are very exciting. They are in a hurry and you definitely should use your seatbelts! Breakfast was adequate. The desk clerk on our second stay was so kind and excellent. I didn’t get her name but she’s definitely a great employee.

Prices are high every where so you just have to accept it.

The room was excellent. It had a little kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and a sitting room that was perfect. The bathroom was beautiful but a little dark. The location was excellent. There was plentiful shopping and restaurants.

The room was not very well insulated from noise. One of the staff members was angry and yelling so much that I had to open the door to find out what was going on. When I said something to her, she calm down for a bit, but started back up again.

The shuttle service to the airport was great and all staff members were friendly. The room had more than enough space for a couple and would work well for a family of 3-4 people in one room. The beds were comfy.

There was a drip in the hallway that had a large trashcan under it that made it difficult to get our luggage around in the hall. The breakfast was not nearly as nice as Hyatt Places that I have stayed out previously and there was not coffee available when we arrived in the late morning.
