Nice building, good parking lot, the beds are really god, decent number of channels, good shower in fact excellent, and have refrigerator, a received clean all our stay, nice

The pool was out of service, rooms not have microwave, coffee table was not permanent (for free coffee), free Internet its too slow.

The rooms are very clean. Did not smell, clean outside, nice and kind service from everyone. Parking is pretty easy.

Some of the ice machines didn't work. I would have to go to different floors to find a working ice machine. Samething for the vending machines, some stole money. Others just gave water only.

The ambience, how the room was set up & the cleanliness. The staff was also friendly & accommodating. The coffee maker & fridge in the room and the free Wi-Fi and coffee in the afternoon.

The fact that dogs are allowed. The fact that no complimentary breakfast was provided. The fact that there was no microwave in the bedroom. Everyone uses one microwave and there are over 16 floors in the hotel.

My room was 10/10. It was comfortable and made me feel right at home. I can already see myself coming back for another visit when I'm traveling again.

Having to go down a few floors just to use the microwave. I think it was the 4th floor and the room where the microwave was located had a bad smell. Also, I had to go searching a few times for a decent iron. I was given a new iron once or twice but none of them worked.

The front desk was very polite and helpful.

I booked with booking.com they gave me confirmation number but when I go to check in and there was no reservation under the reservation number🤔🤷🏾🤬. Thank you to the wonderful staff who booked me a room and went above and beyond to make sure booking.com did not charge my Credit card for a room. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

The mattresses were very comfortable, the rooms and beds were very clean. I wish there was a complimentary breakfast instead of the $22 buffet. I like the location and was thankful that they didn't charge for parking.

The price of the buffet. My family was there for a funeral and unfortunately we had to book during Springbreak so they price per night was high, it would have been nice if a complimentary breakfast was included, but because of the location, we found affordable breakfast options near by.

Breakfast was good, love the fact that Starbucks is at the hotel, the staff at breakfast was good. not sure about dinner, the place could us some in house entertainment in the Bar area or the lobby.

No inhouse entertainment and the pool was not open, had to go to the 4th floor just to us the microwave, there should either be a microwave in each room or on each floor.
