Check in was a breeze. The person checking me in left no stone unturned from breakfast info, pool info, WiFi, towels, hotel facilities etc. He even invited me and my daughter back down for hot chocolate and fresh bakes cookies. I had to ask for nothing because he answered everything at check in before I could even ask. I would rate him alone a 20/10. The pool area was nice and clean, the breakfast spot was amazing, a little something for each of us and the attendant did an amazing job checking on us, how much food was available and cleaning the area. If my daughter would rate this she would give the place a 100/10 on the fruit water at the front door upon arrival. It’s hard to get her to drink water but her and her father really enjoyed the fresh water that was readily available for the guest. I’ve stayed here a few years back and once during renovations and I can say this place has come a long was, the rooms are very nice and comfortable.I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel is secured at night for only guest to be able to have access. Please tell you team to keep up the great work and I would definitely recommend.

If I really had to say something negative it would only have to do with a little furry friend whom I’m assuming the owner left in the room for a while and he was upset so he barked for a few.

The breakfast was good. The attendant very good. He is diligent in making sure everything is ready and available. The location is good. It works for what we planned to do while visiting Fort Lauderdale.

To keep up with the maintenance. An area on the the walls needs repairs to be completed. The door storing the refrigerator needs to be screwed. These are minor things that overtime deteriorate the hotel 's appearance.

Reception staff welcoming and friendly. Room spacious, bed comfortable, soap dispenser on the wall as well as lotion, which was unexpected and welcome. Nice to have honey at the breakfast for tea. Didn't swim in it but outdoor pool looked inviting and clean.

Breakfast not quite up to Hampton Inn standard but waffles and toaster situation fine. Not as much healthy cereal and full-fat yogurt as I'd like to see. Room air was stale on walking in and windows don't open so took awhile to air out.

The place is very nice, clean and quiet. Lucas in the kitchen is a very polite employee . I ended up looking for him in the morning just to say hi . He is very welcoming and always ready to help. I had no issue finding a spot to put my car and everything that I needed is in the area :) very convenient!

I don’t like the fact that they only come to clean a little bit every other day , and I only had 1 towel in my room !

The staff were very friendly, the pool was clean and the beds were super comfortable! This is our second stay at this location and we will be back again!

The outside whirlpool while yes it was warm, the all the jets but one did not work. We turned the dial and only one jet was working in it.

The breakfast was one primary reason, along with location, for us to stay here. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. The facility appeared to be very clean and the accommodations were excellent.

The breakfast area was a little crowded but manageable and I appreciated the two different kinds of waffle makers. The parking lot area had a large spot of what appeared to be spilled soft drinks which created a sticky mess - needed to be hosed down.

Front desk staff, very friendly. The cook was very friendly. The hotel clean. Pool was clean. Breakfast very delicious.

I heard, staff was entering guest room without permission. I don’t know how true that is. I did not receive $50 back. As mentioned.

Room and staff were wonderful only problem was I was across from the laundry room and had to hear the traffic of guest and employees while I was trying to get my daughter to sleep. The door needs something to go at the base to take away the noise so it’s not so loud. Other then that it was a great stay

We chose this hotel because it was a reasonable distance between Key West and Cape Canaveral and close to the Florida Turnpike. It has been recently refurbished and has a spacious feel. Given that we have stayed in 8 other hotels in the last 12 days we know a good hotel now and this is one.

There was nothing to dislike.

As soon as I walked in threw the doors the young lady at the desk was smiling & very welcoming. The next morning before check out they had a very good, complimentary breakfast. Lots to choose from as well as make your own Belgium Waffles. The staff overseeing the food area were extremely nice as well!! The gentleman at the desk for check out was smiling & helpful also. Next time I am in the area, this will be the place I stay!
