I loved this property!! Wonderful ocean view, restaurant in the lobby, and mini golf available. Every staff member we encounter were very friendly, across the way is a wonderful shopping center with a Mc Donald’s, grocery store, liquor store and New York deli, etc. everyone we encountered at those locations were welcoming and friendly. Avoid the Gift shop F.L waves beachwear! They were blatantly racist and followed us around the whole store with no shame the entire time although we were in our swimwear and had no ill intentions. If you can make it to another shop for souvenirs do so! Luckily the hotel had a gift shop.

We loved the heated pool and having the beach right there at the hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. We stayed seven nights and found the hotel to be a great value for the money. The exercise room was nice, massage chairs in the lobby were a nice touch.

The cost of the restaurant was too high - $18 for each item (apps, coctails, etc.) The restaurant would be frequented more by guests if the prices were slightly more reasonable. There was a McDonalds, pizza place, deli, and other restaurants very close by though. The spa was never open, but we got our nails done at American Nails just a short walk away.

Hotel location was great. Right on the beach and walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Liked having a restaurant and bar on the premises for the convenience. The room was updated recently so the pictures online are no longer accurate and are better than depicted. Decent sized kitchenette which could be used for cooking if you are so inclined. Beds were very comfortable. Only drawback was that the bathroom was located through the bedroom and both the bedroom and bathroom doors squeaked to the point that it was noticeable to anyone trying to sleep. In fairness, I should have called housekeeping for a little WD-40! Granddaughter loved the pool and hot tub. This was a good place to base out of as we did our touristy things during our stay.

Felt like I overpaid using Booking.com

The tiki bartender Ollie was great. The location is right on the beach and convenient.

I have friends who live in Florida who came to meet me at the beach and tiki bar. The security made me go back to the front desk and pay $20 per person to come through the hotel. I have stayed here before and this was news to me. I felt so bad that my friends had to pay an additional $20 on top of the $20 valet fee. The bathroom sink drained super slow. There was a bunch of construction that woke us at 8 am. that sounded like it was right above us. The tiki bartender had to go inside a lot to grab more supplies.

Nice clean rooms and the pool is very nice with a shallow and deep end. The pool is small but was not overcrowded during our stay. Beach towels provided. Very compact, short walk from rooms to the pool and the beach. There were sea weeds in the ocean (end of July). Valet parking costs $20 per day but the cars are right there and you can get them very quickly without waiting.

A glass of virgin pina colada costs $15. Loud construction noise in the hotel beside.

The facility location. Security on site to make sure only hotel guests used the pool. Concierge storing luggage as no early check in.

The room cleaning was not well done, hard surface floors did not get cleaned with a good cleaner, not just a swiffer; Rug cleanliness was suspect too. Windows could use some cleaning, too. Restaurant was not as good as in the past. Facility could use some updating lots of areas starting to show their age. Rooms could have used another comfortable seating furniture. Front desk staff seemed a bit inexperienced when checking in.

Hotel was lovely, with spotless clean pool and right on the ocean beach. Room updated and modern. Staff very accommodating; got our room switched for us immediately when we discovered all cable channels and room phone not working. Food was good, and server Natasha went beyond to provide us efficient and pleasant service. Concierge helpful.

Food and beverage prices were quite high. We got breakfast package for each day and it is a good deal. Location far from Hollywood boardwalk that we wanted to visit.

Foyer was nice, staff was nice, pool deck and tiki bar were nice. There was construction on neighboring property so it was rather loud and annoying. Rooms were ok, beds ok. It was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. They make it appear elegant in photos, it's not. We would not return.

Construction on neighboring property was annoying and loud. Fighting and screaming in the next room at midnight did not impress us. Horrible oder in our bathroom shower drain, like sewage. We would not recommend.
