The room itself was beautiful. Set it light tones, that were comforting. Walls insulated extremely well, with thick wooden sound proofing. We were an early arrival, 2am and the gentleman was still pleasant, smiling and helpful - there was no language barrier or the feeling as if we were disturbing him. There was a mini bar with snacks, alcohol, sodas and water - a little on the pricey end - but if you want it, you want it! Loved watching the Iguanas by the pool! The pool was nice and clean!

For 2 nights the hotel charged us $38 for parking - on the hotel property, we were upset about that.

The room was modern and clean. Friendly and helpful stuff. Nice deep tub in the bathroom. Comfy bed with high quality sheets and comforter. Upscale feel of the room. Very quiet. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. Beach nearby too.

No breakfast, 18 dollars for parking

Good value for your money considering how much more expensive the other hotels were. It was very clean and comfortable. The boy at the desk his name was Rogney was very accommodating. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and told us if there was anything that we needed just called the desk. I was impressed with him because I knew that he was going to school during the day and came in all the way from Miami to work this job to pay for his schooling. Nice to see an ambitious young adult who wants to get ahead.

I wish it was closer to the port. However I knew what the distance was. It was no surprise

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and professional specially Jean and Rogney.

The restaurant was not working; so we couldn't have breakfast

the location was perfect, walking distance to everything, restaurants and shopping. It was such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Yes the pictures are definitely edited but don’t let that stop you it is a wonderful place. Tiki lounge -Restaurant- 2 pools - cabanas (free of charge) - yes they are remodeling and doing construction on one of the buildings but it didn’t disturb our stay.

Parking- parking could be better, I would suggest the lobby letting people know they could use the empty parking lots for buildings A and B while they are closed down. This would be beneficial to the resort and customers.

For the price it was a nice hotel. The pool was great and happy hour at the bar was a great deal.

A lot of the property is under construction, I didn’t know enjoy the noise or constantly having construction workers around my room.

I’m not to sure how good the location was as we went to one bar near the beech and a bar across the road then had an early night. So didn’t see much. Beds were comfortable as we were catching up on some well needed sleep after two days at the Keys 🤕

There was a mess up with our rooms we had booked 2 large Queen beds and were put in a large double bed room. As much as I like my mate I didn’t fancy sleeping in the same bed. When we went to reception to sort. The young lady wasn’t very amused and was acting as if it was our fault. Anyway , we eventually got the correct room in the building next door. PS the pool isn’t heated as described on Booking.com.

(1) The staff was always very helpful and pleasant. (2) The location: short walks to the beach, a supermarket, restaurants, drug store, and some local entertainment. The location gives this property exceptional value.

(1) The shower should have a grab bar. (2) The room did not have a place to hang clothes when I arrived; however, that problem was resolved quickly when I brought it to the attention of the staff. (3) The air conditioner was noisy—though it was effective.

I liked that it was walking distance to everything. That overall it was clean and the staff was friendly. The front desk had towels you sign take out for the beach or pools.
