When we arrived we were immediately greeted with a smile from Gary! He was very friendly , our room was not ready so he upgraded us to a studio suite and it was delightful! He then told us as we waited there was a restaurant that gave discounts to customers staying at Casitas, we then went there and it was delicious! He gave us a lovely tour of where everything was and then told us about the "Water Taxi". It was so much fun! We also had daily use of the pool which was all to ourselves most of our trip. I will definitely be back and cannot thank Gary enough for being so nice!

As repeat visitors had no hesitation in booking again post cruise. stayed in a smaller room last time which was fine but this time upgraded to a room next to the pool just across from the main property which had a kitchen. The pool is lovely. The owners and staff are really pleasant and helpful - you can leave your luggage during office hours 10-5pm. Lovely courtyard with tables and chairs. Beach is a 10-15 min walk - shopping centre with target 5 minute walk.

Bath room slightly dated compared to the rest of the room but super clean and perfectly functional.

Tropical vibe. Beautiful courtyard and well maintained pool area. The staff was very friendly and made every effort to insure a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient as it was just off the main boulevard…so quiet and private…with numerous great restaurants to chose from within a five minute walk. Great value. Felt very safe walking in the area at night.

We ariived here early in the morning after a cruise - uber from Port everglades around 13 dollars. Martin on reception which opens at 10 was able to get us an early room and we stored our bags in the office and waited by the lovely pool just across the quiet residential street.the property was lovely an oasis of gardens with sunbeds and tables and chairs to sit outside your room. We had the smallest room type which was super clean had microwave coffee machine and fridge , safe and large shower. The area has lots of local eateries and 5 mins walk to a small mall with supermarket etc.!5 mins walk to the beach. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I was going to arrive after the office closed and there was a system in place to get the key, but I ended up getting there before they closed so check in was seamless. I had reserved the small motel room and when I entered the room I thought this is not small, then I noticed a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. I checked back with the office and the man at the desk said they upgraded me for free. Wow! About the property. Very well kept and very clean boutique motel in a quiet residential area within walking distance to a mall and places to eat. Since I ended up with a full kitchen I just went to the grocery store and bought stuff to make dinner. Everything worked well, meaning no problems with any of the appliances, tv or plumbing fixtures.

Everything was great. I do wish the blinds darkened the room a little better. There was nothing wrong with them, but I prefer pitch darkness to sleep.

I thought I had rented a hotel room, but it was really an apartment. The bedroom, fully equipped, kitchen, dining room, living room, and walk-in closet were all a good size and comfortable. I even had a large semi-private patio in addition to the seating areas for the rest of the hotel. Unfortunately, my stay was very brief and I did not get a chance to confirm that both flatscreen TVs and the rest of the facilities or functional. But I assume they were, and this would be my first choice the next time I stay in Fort Lauderdale. Finally, there was a large shopping mall very short walk away, with stores for everything you might need.

The office closes at 5 PM, but that inconvenience was minimal because there is still always someone available and they do make arrangements for people to get keys after 5 PM

I felt so at home here. Comfortable, clean, great location; well designed and attention to detail. And that's just the smaller rooms. At 900 sq. ft, I could easily imagine the suite as a home away from home. There are great restaurants close by and the usual lineup of good stores nearby; pottery barn, b&n, whole foods. Etc. The owner is gracious and accommodating and the units and property are beautifully maintained. There is even a washer/dryer. Linen changes are every four days which I particularly like, so no intrusive cleaning staff. My unit, a small one, was fully equipped with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, kitchen sink, and all cooking utencils. Nice to know it's there, even if you choose to dine out. Breakfast at the "country ham & egg" breakfast and lunch place behind the casitas, is discounted and delicious. And the pool is heated. I can't say more.

The location is within a good walk to the beach. The casitas get a nice group of guests. Quiet, private, even by the pool. In a real neighborhood, within an easy walk to targets and publix. A wonderful restaurant/full bar is a walk thru the rear property. Great breakfast and lunch discounted for hotel guests. Within a ten minute drive; one over the bridge, some really excellent italian restaurants

This is our third stay at Casitas Coral Ridge. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to the Queen suite room. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff. Plenty of beautiful plants and trees in the hotel grounds, very tranquil and relaxing. Location is conveniently located beside the shopping plaza that is a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely return again when we cruise in Ft. Lauderdale.

Loved the location! The beach was just a 20min. walk & the mall just 5-10 min. walk for anything you need! I had a corner unit with a full kitchen, dining & living space with a pull-out couch. Although I traveled solo, I'd recommend this type of unit to a family of 4. Lovely quiet residential location with a serene tropical island vibe!🏖 Kind & friendly staff. They were able to keep an eye on my suitcase for a few hours after checkout while I did some beach combing!

Not a huge fan of the pool being across the street. I more or less expected it to be within the courtyard area of my unit.
