The location was amazing, directly on the beach with gorgeous views from the balconies. Food at the restaurants was quite good. Staff was helpful, efficient and friendly from valet, to front desk, restaurants, and pool and beach staff. Great service by the pool for food and drinks. We were in a two queen bed room which was clean and comfortable and had a large living room area. We were lucky to go during a week where pricing was much more reasonable so definitely got value for our money.

Not anything that is the fault of the hotel but if you're looking for a mostly adult experience, be aware of that there are many families here with very young children. Therefore, they tend to take up a lot of the pool area so definitely go early to grab chairs and umbrellas. It's definitely still worth it to float around the lazy river with your drink. If I was being picky, I would say I wish the shower had a full door/wall.

Beautifully kept property, with a beautiful private beach and pool area. We loved the service at the pool & beach, shout out to Tom for keeping our drinks stocked! The food and cocktails were consistently excellent.

We had some minor issues, the tv network wouldn’t work for 2 days however the staff were very proactive in refunding our resort fee for the inconvenience. Service in the restaurant at breakfast and lunch on a few occasions was not great, taking a long time (>10-15mins) for a waiter to come with water and take a drinks order, despite only 2-3 tables being sat.

Been 4 times and still like the ambiance , still like the pool the beach. Although it’s a place where with it’s location it’s not really near anywhere else so they have you regarding prices for food and drinks and everything else ie parking !!

Cost of food , drinks, ice creams …everything is just that little bit expensive, car parking prices are ridiculous. And the worst of all they’ve now made it so you can’t buy anything with CASH everything is bought by card which I find very frustrating, call me old fashioned but when I go on vacation I take cash, if someone wants to pay by card fine by me but surely if someone wants to pay by CASH then the same rules should apply !! Just a case of the world going crazy. Also the $150 per room per night incidentals..unbelievable !! Do me a favour 😡😡

It was very clean and had a lot of amenities within the hotel itself. Loved the lazy river. Daniel at the beach was so kind and personable, Michael at the pool was fantastic, so kind! Also Giovanna at the pool was so friendly! And Alissa at the bar area when we visited for happy hour/ early evening times. Room was spacious and clean! The staff in general at the hotel was so helpful and kind and I commend their hard work!

The only downside was there was a ton of seaweed but that wasn’t the property’s fault, just a timing with the ocean. The property was great!

The beach, food, pool, rooms, and spa were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. the bed was incredibly comfortable. We actually stayed 6 nights and ate most of our meals here. While pricey, there was a decent selection and I didn’t tire of the food because it was excellent. (The seafood risotto is to die for.) I would highly recommend to friends and family.

It isn’t in walking distance to pretty much anything (including other restaurants). We didn’t overly mind that, but others may. Our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Unless you have a car, it's at least a 20-minute walk to get anywhere... Only provided two bottles of water on our first night, and we stayed for 4!

Great beachfront location, clean, very friendly staff.

The air conditioning is set way too cold in the bar and restaurant, we had to leave the restaurant to sit outside where it was more comfortable.

We booked an Oceanview room and it did not disappoint. It is a very old character resort that has been completely remodelled. The room was large and spacious and it had a nice bathroom. The resort is right on the ocean and the view was excellent. The beach itself is beautiful soft sand and perfect for children. This resort has many family activities planned at the beach - lots of beach toys and lounge chairs. We found the food and service in the restaurants very good and the staff overall were knowledgeable and courteous.

Our suite was very expensive and we expected all to be perfect. There were small issues - tattered rug, lighting ambiance could be better (dark spots and too much light in others), the fan was noisy and a light switch was missing. These issues shouldn't happen when you are paying top dollar. Not the fault of the resort, but it is far from everything except the beach. There are no shops, restaurant or even a convenience store close by. Taxis were difficult to get and we found both taxis and Ubers expensive. Perhaps a shuttle provided by the hotel? If you want to stay put it's an excellent resort for families.

Lovely king suite overlooking the ocean. Very roomy and well appointed. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent, as was the food and the views. Loved having a private beach right behind the hotel with chairs and umbrellas. Loved access to a coffee/breakfast bar that also served gelato!

Beach chair service was outstanding the first day. Someone put out a chair where I desired to sit, an umbrella and covered my chair with a comfy towel. Second day ...not the same experience. Person walked me to a vacant chair, no towel and never saw him again. Wouldn't it be normal to provide someone with a towel?

Everything was wonderful here. Every point of contact from agents at front desk checking in to beach attendants (Frank was amazing) to the bell boys, the Lounge, Ocean 2000, and concierge lady, every one was professional, extremely helpful and polite. The food was fantastic the rooms, the rooms-yes and the Views!! I could go on but not enough characters!! I’m booking another trip just to come back here, will go to spa next time 😃

That there aren’t more like this exquisite establishment.
